Great place to stay, a few miles from North Adams and Mass MOCA. Lovely updated quiet single room cabin with cute kitchen and living room w futon sofa. Tons of new windows with good screens, very light and airy. We hope to return!
The cabin was sparkling clean and comfortable. It is on the owner’s property. It was a lovely, quiet place close to Mass Moca and other Berkshire sites. We are considering going back again soon.
Such a comfortable space for our anniversary weekend getaway! Close proximity to great restaurants in North Adams and beautiful nature as a backdrop to fishing and exploring. AC as needed for warm days and efficient heat for the couple of high elevation 48 degree nights. No TV, but we had our Bose speaker, so filled the space with music. Bed was comfortable and bright windows let us enjoy beautiful sunsets.
Great little cottage, very clean and well stocked. The property was lovely and the host was really friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
It was a fine place to stay. The property is well kept and clean. The awkward things are:
- It's missing a place to keep luggage/clothes...a dresser would be good
- the kitchen could use better utensils and a microwave
- the view is beautiful, but would be better if the windows had been cleaned more recently
This cabin was everything that was expected for us. The video tour was very helpful for check-in. Plenty of options for seating within. If there was a concern or question, it was responded to. One concern I had was that when we returned from our event around 8:30 pm, it was very dark. I didn't think to look and see if there was an outside light before leaving earlier in the day. I always carry a flashlight in my car, but that is a question I wished I had asked. We took a nice walk through the woods and down the path to the river. It was easy and relaxing at the river to just sit and listen. A great off the road option to spend a quiet getaway.
