Assateague Pointe is a gated community with tons of amenities including: 2 Outdoor swimming pools, fishing pond with pedal boats, clubhouse, game room, basketball court, volleyball court, horseshoe pits, and lighted fishing pier. This community is located next to a large water park and minutes from Assateague Island. Just a few miles to the town of Berlin, great restaurants and plenty of shopping. Including the outlets. This unit features a brand new kitchen with everything you’ll nee to prepare fabulous meals. This is a non-smoking and no pets of any kind home. Sheets and towels are provided.
