The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking in the house will result in a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the full security deposit and standard cleaning fee.
Guest may NOT accept personal mail at the property address. Guests may request use of the mailbox if their stay is multiple months.
There is a $100 per pet fee. Please pick-up after your dog. $250 fee will be charged if pets are not picked up after. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.

Great stay. I did think the yard was fenced in, but it was only partially fenced. The railing in the front could need a little bit of work. Other than that, super cute house.Also, the window in the kitchen was slightly open at the top, but we were able to close and latch it. Got a little chilly in the kitchen.
