My wife and I enjoyed our stay at 304D Port O Call as the condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean, beautifully decorated, well appointed and perfectly situated near the beach. We had excellent experience with the host, great communication ahead of time, clear instructions, very responsive. We will definitely be visiting again!

Perfect location! Clean, stocked and very comfortable. AvantStay were amazing hosts with great communication and answered all our questions as needed. We enjoyed the screened patio as well as the upper open balcony for our telescope views. We highly recommend this villa. Our boys were comfortable upstairs in their room. Kitchen was stocked with everything you may need. Thank you for an amazing vacation!!!

Amazing property. We have stayed in Port o Call four times now and this was the best property by far. Clean, well decorated, quiet third floor end unit.Can’t wait to come back.Suggestions - offer an ironing board, oven mitts would be helpful, and the slider to the deck was challenging to open.Very minor items for an otherwise wonderful stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was perfect for our family of three. It was so cute and clean. It had everything we needed and the view was beautiful from the top balcony. Beach access is so easy and close. We loved it.

Very clean, great ocean view, great area. The two balconies were a plus. One completely screened so no bugs. Would book again!

We recently did a spur-of-the-moment getaway weekend to Isle of Palms and had the pleasure of staying at this condo, which is just as gorgeous as the photos appear. The condo was spotlessly clean. Everything looked new and beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a quick dinner or a hearty breakfast (we did both). The bed in the master was really comfortable. The view is great. The deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening wine (again we did both). It's a very short walk through the complex to the beach - which in November was fabulously empty. Communications with AvantStay were excellent. Their website and app kept us completely in the loop. We will definitely book here again.

Clean, bright, quiet and a perfect location with easy access to the beach and pool, as well as a bike and walking path. The property was tastefully decorated and had mostly everything you needed and the views were beautiful as well.
