Great location near subway, friendly staff, beds were very comfortable and rooms a good size. The AC is a bit noisy, would be my only criticism, but I know this is very common in older NYC buildings. Definitely recommend!

I would rate this as a 5 except that we were put in a room that had one bed and a fold down couch instead of the double bed room we reserved. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful and it was a nice room that had been redone. The bathroom was beautiful.

The staff were warm, friendly & helpful. Definitely not what I was expecting in NYC. I literally have no complaints, everything was spot on. We asked for extra linens and they came up right away. Location is central and felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and well furnished. The shower was a little difficult to figure out the hot water. There were two announcements made after midnight because the fire department was called, but we understood. The check-in clerk was kind of rude because we didn’t understand how the bag check-in process worked, but I think that might have been a miscommunication. Overall the experience was swell.
