Everything was as shown in the pictures and well kept. Parking and getting into the building was a little confusing but was able to figure out quickly.

easy to get into room, ac was not good at all, was told it was set to winter hvac when it was 75 degrees outside, couldnt change it, was told pickleball, basketball court, and skydeck had a spot to get out with our keyfob, but that was not true and we didnt get to use any of them as they were locked, pool looked good but we didnt use, hottub was down for maintenance, but that was mentioned as a possibility in the listing, i was told the windows didnt unlock but that wasnt true so we had those opened to actually let air into the building as it was very uncomfortably warm, place was not as nice as expected but overall good, but not worth 500 a night.
for 500$ a night this place definitely wasnt as nice as expected, honestly shouldve been in the pictures at that point

This was honestly one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The property was in terrible condition: smelly, dirty, and clearly neglected for years. The kitchen was filthy, the washing machine didn’t work, and the walls, carpets, cabinets, and bathrooms all showed signs of zero maintenance. The air conditioning vents were covered in dust older than my daughter, and one bedroom’s unit never worked at all. For the last two days I had no air conditioning anywhere in the house—while the outside temperature was around 80F, inside it felt like 120F.The host was completely unhelpful—never listened, never cared, and just went through the motions on the VRBO app to pretend otherwise. The photos I could share would honestly make you sick, so I’ll spare you.If strong believe VRBO should be inspect this property immediately and should consider removing it from the platform along with its host.

A few areas for improvement which were communicated to the host, but no major concerns. Clean overall. Easy, effective communication with host. Check in, and especially parking, were a bit complicated but the host provided helpful instructions Great location, 15 minute walk to the Target Centre. Would stay again.
