Everything was great ! communication with Nichole wasVery responsive, we lost power, There was a backup generator kicked on instantly, spotty, wifi, but no big deal We're out in the woods, so we were all good, cool, cozy little place!!

This was a lovely little cabin in the woods, exactly what we were looking for for our anniversary getaway. Great proximity to hiking and the river, and also to “the big city” for a night out. The cabin was equipped with all the essentials. The only downside was the smell outside from the incinerator toilet. I know it comes with the territory, but it made dinner on the patio and relaxing in the hot tub rather unpleasant. No big deal once you figure out how to plan ahead. Also, the ladder to the loft was fun for us, but likely not ideal for anyone with physical limitations. Once you get up there though, the views and fluffy bed were 1000% worth it! Hope to stay again sometime.

Why they chose this property

The cascades are quite a magical location with several different hikes, giving some of the best views landscapes waterfalls in Washington State. The neighborhood is secluded and serene at a true escape from everyday busy life.

What makes this property unique

Fiddle head house retreat is a place to come completely disconnect. I’d say reconnect with yourself your partne, too. It’s a place to fill your soul with nature inducing experiences, so you can go home, restored, and ready to tackle every day life! The perfect reset!
