Full Kitchen, Backyard, Ping Pong, Desk and Patio - Family Retreat at LakePoint

We are new to Vrbo but not new to hosting! We’ve had wonderful guests elsewhere and always provide a smooth, stress-free stay. If you’re one of my first guests here — thank you! We’ll make sure it’s a great experience.

Make lasting memories at this quiet, newly renovated retreat on the edge of the woods — a clean, modern home, lovingly put together with attention to what truly matters. Just minutes from LakePoint Sports, Terminus Wake Park, and Allatoona Beach, this home offers a private backyard with a fire pit that feels like a campfire, a stylish patio, and a fully equipped kitchen for actual cooking. Designed with families in mind, the house includes thoughtful safety touches and is kept truly clean.

The space
An entertainment room with a ping-pong table and a piano offers a cozy escape for rainy days. A dedicated workspace with an adjustable sit/stand desk makes it easy to stay productive - whether you’re working remotely, catching up on emails, or simply carving out creative time.

We have thought of all visitors – for our youngest guests there are carefully selected toys and books, and for a touch of magic, a play tent is tucked away in the primary bedroom closet, ready to appear when needed.

We take pride in keeping this home sparkling clean. All laundry is washed and dried on high heat, surfaces are sanitized, and floors are both vacuumed and wet-cleaned between stays.

All three beds are queen-sized and equipped with new, tall, hotel-quality mattresses. We use percale cotton sheets and full encasement protectors on every mattress and pillow for true cleanliness and peace of mind. Thinner pillows are stored in the closets for those who prefer a softer feel. There are closets in each bedroom. The primary bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom and blackout curtains for possible daytime naps.

The junior bed in the primary bedroom is larger than a toddler bed and comfortably fits children up to 7 or 8 years old, depending on their height. The space can accommodate 6 sleepers of any age, plus 1 child.

Most living spaces are upstairs, with the entertainment room located on the lower level. While we’d love to accommodate everyone, please note that the home is not wheelchair accessible and does require using stairs. We also keep it pet-free to ensure a clean, allergy-conscious space for all guests.

We maintain the lawn without herbicides. Enjoy your outdoor time without exposure to toxic residues!
