The covered balcony is for your own private use.

The home has central air conditioning and heating. The thermostat is located in the other unit and locked between the range of 21-23 degrees Celsius. If temperature changes are required, please let us know and we can adjust the temperature with our phone.

We like to give guests their own space but we`re always just a message away should you have any questions or require assistance.

The home should respectfully be left in the same tidy and neat condition it was upon your arrival. We welcome you to come stay with us and enjoy it here in the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area!

Please note we provide an initial stock of supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee, etc.). If you`re staying for an extended period of time and run out of this initial stock, we kindly ask you to purchase anything additional you may need.

Additionally, please be sure to read the additional house rules below:

• No parties
• Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Noise complaints are taken seriously, please be considerate to neighbours.
• No unauthorized visitors or guests. Please let us know if you intend on having additional guests.
• Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house .
• Please remove your shoes.
• Damage deposit of $500 is only charged if verified damage is found upon checkout
• Pet is allowed but make sure that the home is well taken care of. Pet fee is $75
• No parties or gatherings of any kind.
• Quiet hours 10pm–7am. Noise complaints are taken seriously — be considerate of neighbours.
• No smoking of any kind indoors. A fine of up to $500 will be charged if smoke is detected to cover professional remediation.
• No pets.
• No open flames — candles and incense are not permitted.
• - This house has 2 parking space
- Parking is on the driveway in front of the house, on the right hand side next to the sidewalk Do not park in additional spots without authorization.
• No shoes indoors.
• Check-out: please wash dishes or run the dishwasher if available, bag and dispose garbage, return any moved furniture to its original position and leave the space as you found it.
