Kaksi tärkeintä kylpyhuonetta on uusittu kokonaan tällä kaudella.

Kaunis talo suurella pihalla aivan Metedeconk-joella telakalla (25x12x 5 jalkaa syvä), jotta voit tuoda veneesi tai jetskin. Ihanteellinen rentoutumiseen ja vesiurheiluun. Paljon tilaa sisätiloissa ja ulkona täydelliselle perheen rannalle lomalle jopa 8 hengelle (ihanteellinen 2 lapsille tarkoitetulle perheelle). Talo sijaitsee lähellä rantaa (5 minuutin ajomatka), ruokakauppoihin ja ostosmahdollisuuksiin sekä ravintoloihin ja kaikkiin aktiviteetteihin Jersey Shoressa.

Wonderful

It was a wonderful family vacation. The house was so roomy with plenty of room for my family. The backyard was so much fun with plenty to do. Swimming, fishing, crabbing, paddle boards games, etc. Enough to do for everyone. The sunsets were amazing too!

Oh the sunsets!

Comfortable, spacious property right on the river water. We fished right off the dock. Some of the house is a little dated like the kitchen but everything works fine. Super nice neighbors who helped my 77 year old mom when she accidentally got locked out while the rest of us were at the beach. A little stressful with the threat of Hurricane Ida but luckily we didn’t get rain and no rising water.

Extraordinary spot

We so lucked out finding this wonderful property for our week on the Jersey Shore. This home is on the river, with a west facing sunset view, a green lawn on which to play games, an outdoor table to seat 10, and a large screened porch. It is only a few miles from the beautiful beach, a bike ride or short car trip. Wake up with coffee on the porch, cocktails on the chaise lounges under the Sycamore trees, al fresco dinner at the table, and games on the porch in the evening. So relaxing and lovely. The house is so much larger in real life than it appears in the photos. Very spacious bedrooms. There is even a second living room that could be a bonus extra sleeping space if needed. Air conditioning and W/D were awesome additions. Convenient to shopping and kayak or boat rentals. Brick Township was a lovely town. We look forward to returning someday.

Lovely Riverfront Home

Our stay in this home on the Metedeconk River was fabulous! The house is spacious and the views are absolutely amazing. The home is well appointed and well-equipped. Small details that I found important were toys for our granddaughter and sharp knives in the kitchen. The grill is top notch and made cooking out a delight. This house has everything you look for in a vacation home including magnificent sunsets.

A beautiful home that provides everything you need for your vacation. Just pack food and yourselves!

The house has an oversized large back yard overlooking the river. My family caught lots of crabs the whole week and cooked them a few different ways. We had fire pits nightly with s’mores. We made great memories together we shall never forget. Sarah, the owner answered all my texts immediately. The beach was five minutes down the road. Shopping and restaurants are very close by as well. You couldn’t ask for anything else. Great time had by all! We went kayaking on the river. We brought our own row boat and did some fishing. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Hidden gem at the Jersey Shore.

Had a great week with the family. Plenty of room to spread out and the backyard can not be beaten. Nothing better than a morning cup of coffee,, sitting on the dock, great way to start the day. Sarah and her family are great hosts. Close enough to everything if you want it yet, you never had to leave. The week flew by. Thanks again..

Such a great mixture of fun and tranquility

This was my first year renting this property, although I have been renting in the area for quite awhile. I cannot say enough good things about it. The house itself is clean and well equipped. The rooms are a good size and nicely situated. Plenty of room to eat at tables both inside and out. The location is very centrally located in a very quiet neighborhood...close to stores and places to eat. The beach is a short ride away, and as a beach goer, that meant a lot.. It is a really nice beach too. I have been going there even when I am not renting the house ever since. I saved my favorite thing about the house for last...the backyard...it is perfectly situated to watch the sunset and the water views are spectacular! We brought our jet ski and had an amazing time on the water. There are trees if you like shade and areas if you like to sit in the sun. We brought games to play in the grass area, which kept us occupied for hours. I was there with my children aged 26 and 22 and also twin 14 yr olds and both age groups loved it. They were able to swim in the water and jump off the float that is out on the water of the private beach next door, which never really got crowded . The dog also stayed with us in the yard as it is fenced in and we felt totally safe. I highly recommend this property for anyone who loves the water and spending quality time with whoever they are there with.

Picturesq waterfront house

Rare find! Roomy house on the water. Great for 2 family rental and watersport enthusiasts. The sunsets are amazing and the action is only a few short miles away.

great vacation spot down the shore

First off the location is fantastic. The house is in a quiet little neighborhood on the river but is still close enough to everything you need. Only a few minute drive to the Brick beach, Pt Pleasant beach & boardwalk, restaurants and shops. The best part of the house is definitely the back yard. Large enough for kids to play and VERY quiet. The dock and view were also amazing. We spent more time in the backyard than anywhere else (except maybe the beach). The entire backyard is fenced off so it was perfect for our dog - we could just let her out and not worry. I would definitely recommend the house for a family gathering or even for people that want a few days away to relax on the water and watch the amazing sunsets

BEST KEPT SECRET: Great Location and fabulous home!

This is a "Best Kept Secret". An ideal location with exceptional amenities, we highly recommend this home for a large family vacation with tons of outdoor activities or a small quiet tranquil recharge watching the sunset. . . Or both Convenient Brick location with an expansive private dock and well maintained home that is located next to a private beach. Large rooms and classic nautical theme create a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere.

Brick Waterfront Beauty

What a great place for a family vacation. Like going home to grandma and grandpa's. Gorgeous view and sunsets. Back yard is incredible. House is very well appointed and clean. Huge rooms. Quaint nautical theme. Did I say the backyard was incredible? Big dock. We brought our fishing boat and went the short distance (2 miles) to the Pt Pleasant Canal entrance where the fishing was great. We caught 5 dozen keeper crabs off the dock and finally had to give up, liberating dozens more before pulling the traps out for good. Made for excellent crab dip, crabs marinara, crab cocktail, all made in the large well stocked kitchen.Neighbors are real nice and helpful. The beach right next door made a great playground for the grandkids and hosted family horseshoe tournaments (bring your own shoes) Definitely coming back next year.

Beautiful spacious waterfront property

The home was very spacious and has every kitchen tool you can think to use. Most of my families time was spent outside in the large backyard and the 100 foot dock. We enjoyed fishing, crabbing and boating everyday. We also took advantage of the private beach next door to the property. One tip I can offer to potential houseguests make sure your outside to see some of the most beautiful sunsets ever.

Wonderful vacation

Our family had a wonderful time on our vacation and enjoyed staying in this wonderful home. The home had a lot of space for our family including great lawn space for our dogs. Making it a carefree vacation, the owners thought of everything from towels to beach passes and chairs. All we had to do was bring our clothes. We enjoyed watching the sunsets each evening overlooking the water right from the backyard. This home is in a great location for the whole family whether you have young children, teenagers, or adult getaway.

Beautiful stay

We stayed in Brick for 1 week and absolutely loved it. The house is right on the water with a beautiful yard and the sunsets are amazing. The house itself is very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very quick with getting back to us and helped us with any questions we had. I can recommen this home to anybody who is looking fo a real treat away from home. Cannot beat the location!

Hidden Gem! We absolutely love coming to this beach house! This will be our second time returning and our kids are just as excited as we are. The house itself is very clean and well maintained. It has a very warm and cozy feeling when you get inside, perfect for families. Our absolute favorite was their spectacular backyard. We have spent endless hours outside enjoying the views/sunsets and having barbecues with the family. It was our backyard oasis for the week! Our kids were occupied morning thru night fishing/crabbing right off the dock.They absolutely love being able to wake up first thing in the morning and go straight to the dock to fish. This is great for parents too! Enjoy your cup of coffee/tea in the morning out on the dock or from the sunroom and watch the beautiful sunrise. :) Very very relaxing! We were also surprised to find out that right next door to us was a small private beach that we took full advantage of. This was super convienant especially for parents with young children. We love to bring our boat down with us while on vacation so this was an added bonus to be able to dock it at the house and leave straight from the backyard. It is not too far of a drive to Point Pleasant Beach/ boardwalk (10-15 min) yet it's far enough away from all the loud activity. We feel we get the best of both worlds when we come to this gem of a location. The homeowners are great and very easy to deal with. Upon arrival they supply you with a binder of places to eat and things to do while on your stay. We are anxiously awaiting for our vacation to begin and can't wait to return this summer! :) P.S- We were fortunate enough to meet some wonderful people in the neighborhood. Everyone we ran into was super nice and one lady was even kind enough to lend my kids a fishing net to use since ours broke. These were just some small added touches that made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable!

Lovely view

This home is very spacious and located in a great area that is 5 min. away from the closest ocean beach. What really makes this home amazing is the outdoor space! Located right on the water (river) with a spacious backyard that was completely fenced in and perfect for our dogs. The dock allowed for fishing and crabbing, which was tons of fun. There is a great screened in porch area that was perfect for relaxing and viewing the beautiful sun sets. The owners were wonderful to work with and we are looking forward to returning...

Perfect view

The house is amazing! Every morning you wake up to a gorgeous view of the water and an even beautiful sunset. The house is perfect for families and it comes with a private beach right next door. It has everything you may need for your vacation. Also, it’s just minutes from the Jersey Shore, local stores, beer/wine store and ice cream shops! I would definitely go back to this house in the near future.
