Beautifully Located Beach House

We really enjoyed our stay in Lake Como. The location of the house is perfect. Close to beach, parks and Lake. The owner was very personable and helpful. Responded quickly with answers to questions. The only thing preventing me from giving five stars is that the kitchen needed more utensils ,bowls, baking sheets etc. The beach passes were not provided to us and when asked was told by the owner that there would be a significant deposit required this was not mentioned in the listing. Overall we had a great time, and enjoyed the cottage very much.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house. The house was perfect. The property and surrounding area is beautiful and our 2 year old was able to play safely and totally enjoy himself. Would definitely rent again if the opportunity comes.

Dinesh's home was pristine, had everything we needed and was within a 10-minute walk of the ocean! The backyard was gorgeous and so were the porches. He was also a pleasure to communicate with and very responsive. Thank you for everything!

GREAT BEACH VACATION!

We had a great time staying in this lovely and comfortable beach bungalow. The house has open & modern plan and is welcoming, clean & comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality stain steel appliances/dishes/pot/pans, granite countertop and kitchen island is great for morning breakfast. The house is very conveniently located - park is a block away, lake is a block away and beach is about 4 blocks away. Grocery shopping is about 5 minutes drive and bunch of restaurants in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this house for family vacation!

Lovely Spacious Home Very Close to Lake Como and a few blocks from the Ocean

The owner is available if you have questions, and he is upfront about the lease - even before you put in a request to stay at the house. The house is on a quiet street. You can cross the street at the end of the block and you're at the lake! The deck and porches were very nice places to enjoy and entertain guests. Check out all the photos!

Great beach vacation!!!!

We loved the house, it was perfect. It was really clean great kitchen and the best for me was they supplied all linens and towels.Three great decks to sit at read have a glass of wine. Close to the beach in spring lakes and belmar. The owner was very pleasant and easy to work with. Five stars!! We will be definitely coming back next year.

We had a wonderful week of relaxing fun.

I highly recommend this sweet home. Kitchen equipped, linens provided, washer/dryer and plenty of porches to sit and enjoy the beauty of the area. The nearby park provided many early morning and evening walks for our family and a fun playground for our child. Beaches were pristine and particularly breathtaking after the rush of Labor Day. Charming house in a perfect location

This is the second year that we have rented this property and we will definitely be coming back. The house itself is updated and well-maintained. The porch serves as a second living room and there is a large backyard that backs on to Maruchi park, which was a definitely plus for our kids! It is about 0.5 miles from both the Belmar and Spring Lake beaches and only a mile from main street Spring Lake. Dinesh was a pleasure to work with! We will be back!

Perfect beach house for families

I spent two weeks at Dinesh's beach home with my two kids and it was the perfect vacation for us. The house is spacious and clean. The yard is enormous and so fun for the kids to play in (also connects to a local park in the back). And it is very close to the beach--walkable. The street is quiet and surrounding neighborhoods beautiful. Dinesh was an absolute pleasure to work with. I can't recommend this home more highly, especially for families. We will definitely be coming back next year! Kathleen

Cozy, Clean and Comfortable Beach House!

Our family had a wonderful time. Very clean and comfortable home on a quiet street; loved the hardwood floors; 3 bedrooms and 2 bath was perfect for a family. This home was not only warm, clean and comfortable, but it was in walking distance to the beach/boardwalk and about 2 miles for area restaurants/shopping/etc. House is fully equipped -- sheets/towels/dishes/pots/pans/etc, nice beautiful kitchen with granite countertop, stain steel appliances and kitchen island for breakfast. Owners are great to work with and very accommodating. It has a nice front enclosed porch where you can enjoy cool beach breeze. It is a great place for families with small children and backyard was perfect for my kids to play while we did some BBQ. I will rent this house again and highly recommend to families.

GREAT PLACE, GREAT LOCATION and BEAUTIFUL BEACH HOME; HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We rented this beach home for a week and had a very good time. This place is very cozy, comfortable and was professionally cleaned; I was very satisfied. The place is equipped with everything clean sheets, towels, blankets. The kitchen is very organized and well equipped with new quality stainless steel appliances, porcelain dishes, high quality stainless steel / copper pots and pans; a good kitchen was very very helpful with kids. This place is brand new and owner has done a fantastic job. Spring lake beach is family beach and is just 1/2 mile walk or small bike ride. Grocery, restaurant and shopping is very conveniently located in about 2-3 mile radius. Kids had a good time at Marucci Park (one block away) and we watched baseball game on Sunday morning. This place is perfectly situated for a family vacation - beach, lake and park. If you are BBQ lover, then you will enjoy your BBQ in the backyard with privacy while kids are running around in the large backyard. I will definitely rent this place again and would highly recommend for a family vacation.

Beautiful Beach Home for Family Vacation; STRONGLY RECOMMEND

Beautiful Beach Home for family vacation. The place is absolutely gorgeous, clean and was professional cleaned on our arrival. The location is perfect, quiet and has very good setting on dead-end street. Owner is very pleasant, helpful and even offered us toys for kids, very sweet. All the appliances are brand new, energy efficient and of great quality, including the central air a/c and furnace. The house has tons of kitchen utensils and I was surprised to see high-quality stainless steel / copper pots and pans. I loved to BBQ and enjoyed the BBQ and backyard every day in the evening. Our kids enjoyed drawing on the pavers and we could still watch them from the porch. The Spring Lake beach is 7-minutes walk and it is great beach for families; Owner offered two free beach badges that saved us more than $200 dollars. We also walked around lake como (one block away from house) watching swans and ducks. Our kids enjoyed counting the ducks and swan in the lake. Shoprite and Kmart is about 1-2 miles away and very conveniently located; restaurant/eating places is about 1 mile away and is a small walk. House also has washer/dryer and it was very helpful for us. I also liked the bridge about 5 by 12 feet large to see the water stream. All-in-All I was very pleased with the rental had a very good beach vacation time with my family and I admire the effort of owner to remodel this house and retaining the beauty of bungalow/cottage feeling. We strongly recommend this place!!!

GREAT PLACE, GREATE LOCATION AND RECOMMEND TO RENT

We had a GREAT time at this rental. We loved the location and could easily walk to the Spring Lake beach, downtown Spring Lake, and Hoffman's ice cream that was suggested by owner. The house is beautifully remodeled with perfect bungalow beach feel, has a great layout, very comfortable and has high-quality appliances. Our kids loved the covered porch and large backyard to play; they loved it. Honestly, the location is perfect and price is very reasonable. Owner is very helpful and suggested good restaurants. We loved it and I would highly recommend this property to people with families.

DO NOT RENT!

My family and I rented this property in August, 2016. It was the most awful experience. The house was dirty, the backyard was a mess with old and rusty tables. The cushions were dirty, there was trash in a shed next to the driveway. Inside the blinds, towel rack and toilet paper racks were broken. The AC was broken 6 out of the 7 days were were there and the hot water heater broke 2 times leaving us to take cold showers. The owner made us deal with the handyman and go in the basement to fix it ourselves. So much for a relaxing vacation! The washer had mold in it and the sheets provided smelled like a wet dog. The place was so horrible we left a few days before checkout. The owner sent us a follow up email weeks later stating we broke items in the house, which was definitely not true as he wanted to collect insurance money. The only positive is the house is a short bike ride away from the beach. If you want to have a relaxing family vacation with a clean house, AC, hot water, a nice backyard THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Beautiful and Great Beach Home for family vacation. We stayed for 2 weeks and our family had a wonderful time at this baby proofed home. The location is perfect - private entrance to Marucci Park, four blocks walk to the beach and very convenient to town for shopping, restaurants and ice cream. The home is on a quiet dead-end block with huge beautiful yard for kids to play and great front porches for beach breeze and relaxation. Our kids loved to play hop-scotch in the driveway and ample parking allowed for easy access Evening walks at Spring Lake beach, boardwalk and around Lake Como are very memorable. This newly redesigned modern home with bungalow look and feel is an ideal getaway for beach lovers. The house has a great open concept living and dining room so the whole family could gather after the beach. The kitchen is beautiful with all new stainless steel appliance, well-stocked with nice stainless steel pots and pans. Big Weber BBQ grill was perfect for evening BBQs We would highly recommend this beach home. Owner is very responsive!!!

Perfect Vacation House

We had a GREAT experience at this rental. We loved the location and could easily walk to the beach, downtown SpringLake, and Hoffman's ice cream. The street is very cute and had a nice vibe. The house is beautifully remodeled. Our boys especially loved the covered porch and the backyard, which opens into Marucci park. Honestly, I can't think of anything that I didn't like about this rental experience. We loved it.

Wonderful Rental

We stayed at this rental property in June and had a wonderful time. The house has a great layout and was very comfortable. The location is perfect...walking distance from both Belmar and Spring Lake beaches. My children had so much fun playing in the backyard. I would highly recommend this property to people with families.
