Nous avons récemment terminé le niveau le plus bas de notre maison dans cet espace de vie privé impressionnant!

À partir de planchers de bĂ©ton fini, une salle Ă  manger avec cuisine complĂšte, cuisiniĂšre Ă©lectrique, micro-ondes, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur de taille d'appartement avec congĂ©lateur supĂ©rieur, beaucoup d'armoires et d'espace de comptoir.

LivrĂ© meublĂ© avec un canapĂ© confortable qui peut ĂȘtre surfĂ©, fauteuil inclinable paresseux, 55 "TV Ă  Ă©cran plat (comprend Directv Netflix HBO et vous pouvez brancher votre ordinateur portable Ă  l'entrĂ©e HDMI 2).

Les arrangements de couchage commencent avec le "escamotez du mur" lit de Murphy (taille de reine) dort deux. Canapé confortable dormira un et un matelas d'air de taille double dort un.

Grande salle de bain avec commode / miroir, douche et vanité.

Entrée de porte-clavier privée pour plus de sécurité et de commodité.

Great place to stay!

Stayed 4 nights in February. Was very comfortable, clean, private, and accommodating. Had a small fenced in yard/area that was perfect for our Goldendoodle! Kim was very nice. Would stay there again!

The place was amazing. It was a special week for my son and I and this place made it that much better. Clean, accurate description, VERY soothing and relaxing, and easy to our destinations. Quick hello with hosts and they were super polite. Wish I k ew ahead of time I could’ve brought my service animal, but that’s on me for not paying attention. He will come next time. Nice Place

It was a very nice place, clean and in the perfect little piece of nature. The only thing missing was laundry facilities but there is a very nice laundry mat right down the road. Was a perfect place to relax after hot days at the ballpark for a tournament. It was nice and cool and the little outside area is shaded. Loved our stay, great communication with the owners.

Lovely space

We dropped in for an overnight stay as we passed through Georgia. We arrived rather late and left early the next morning, but we enjoyed having a safe, clean, and welcoming place to land.

This was a cute and quiet place that felt safe. I had back surgery a couple months ago, so I was expecting reals steps. The hill climb was hard for me due to that & I would suggest better lighting in the dark to see the stones/steps.

Son's basketball tournament in ATL

Remarkable location and very cozy and convenient. Online states 2 bedroom and when you arrive it is one and the other is locked and you have to pay extra for the other bedroom. I could not get in touch with property owner until after the 6th attempt (@9:00pm). She was very pleasant and extremely understanding with the information I gave her and ultimately assisted with adding the second bedroom at no charge. Overall, Satisfied.

Concrete blocks spaced to far apart. I am 77 with heart disease My husband 75 and has severe arthritis in legs and hips. I explained this to Virginia She said I would have no problem. I have been in touched with her and she said she would talk with her husband to see if they could Give me some of my money bay. I not heard her

Disappeared

The owner asked what time we would arrive and I told her between 4:00 - 6:00. We arrived at 4:00 And the place was not ready. So we carried our stuff down the 2 sections of the hill that had about 20 “steps” each. The steps were concrete blocks, some are partially covered with grass and gravel and no handrail to hang onto if you lose your balance. Very dangerous, especially when you are carrying things up or down. So instead of changing clothes and cleaning up a little we had to meet friends as we were.

Great Stay in a quiet secure neighborhood.

Had a great stay with a family of four. We did opt for the additional room which made it more than roomy enough for the four of us. The area is a quiet and well maintained neighborhood and we had zero issues with noise or other distractions. Parking is tight but that is spelled out in the listing and it is a walk down a hill to get to the unit so be prepared. It was not an issue for us. There are no laundry facilities on site and the closest laundromats are a wreck so if you need to do laundry you'll be inconvenienced. I missed the no laundry on the listing so not the hosts fault. It would be nice though to add that feature. While there is a kitchen there is no oven other than a toaster oven and there is no outside grill, an easy fix for the host, which limits your cooking options. All in all a great stay and we would stay again.

Pretty clean

The overall apartment was a finished basement requiring 38 steps down and up a steep slope to access. There is no handrail! The apartment was clean by Vrbo standards. I have to say the mirrors and the glass pictures and the TV screen could all use a good cleaning. The kitchen lacked some necessary items, but I didn’t need them because I ate out the whole time. The owners were apparently there for the weekend, but were never visible. However, on Sunday morning around 11:30 AM, someone decided to take a Jacuzzi bath and the LOUD noise was quite disturbing. I owned a VRBO for 6 years and I stayed at several myself throughout the world. I gave this place a five out of 10 based upon its location, and it’s ability to access the apartment. I do hope the owners have a good insurance policy, because there was a 30 foot drop from the stairway into the gully beside the steppingstone walkway down to the apartment with no safety measures in place.

Ummm...no

First of all, nowhere does it accurately describe the RIDICULOUS hike down the hill to get to the apt! It is TWO FLIGHTS with uneven paver steps and NO handrail! (It's a sub-basement apt.) There are a few lights but not nearly enough for safety. When I mentioned this to the owner, she said "That's why we say in our ad that this isn't appropriate for "elderly" or "handicapped" people... (I'm about the same age as she is so no, I am NOT elderly OR handicapped and I didn't see that at all) I told her she might do well to put in a staircase with a rail but she didn't want to hear it. OK, well it's a lawsuit waiting to happen-that's all I'm saying! While drying my hair I had a huge cobweb fall on me. Yeah, clean a little more deeply next time! Several places the wallpaper was peeling and there were huge gaps in the weatherstriping--if there was any--under the door to the "patio". The beds were comfortable, of course although I clearly stated there were 3 adults, she decided not to mention that the second bedroom was extra. Did she think one of us would be comfortable on the small sofa in the living room? So the regular rental is a Murphy bed and a 5 ft non-sofabed sofa. NOT what I signed up for at all! When I called about this, she tried to push the extra fee on me and then gave up and threw it in. Parking was ridiculous! She actually asked if we'd move over 4 inches so she could fit a 3rd car onto their 2 car drive. Never again!
