Beautiful, highly upgraded 700 sq. ft. condo. Completely remodeled. Includes open kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances. It has wonderful stone floors though out and has been professionally decorated with a tropical theme and accents. The master bedroom offers a new luxurious King bed, flat screen TV, 2 large closets, a side patio and BBQ. The bathroom has a granite counter top, new shower/tub with all new fixtures. You can relax in the living room with a new 42' flat screen HD TV, high-speed wireless internet and plush, comfy furnishings. The dining area has a custom wooden nook that seats 5. There is also a lovely community pool with an ocean view jacuzzi within this property located in Niguel Beach Terrace which has 2 miles of white sandy beach in the front, the Ritz Carlton, to the right and multi-million dollar homes to the left. Come and enjoy paradise at a great value! This is a wonderful location to have an incredible vacation. This condo is comfortable, clean and has been beautifully decorated. Compared to the Ritz Carlton and St Regis Hotels which neighbor this community and share the same beaches, it's an incredible value with more space and dining options. Enjoy!

Great location!

This property is in the perfect location for travellers visiting Southern California due to it's central location to not only Orange County and Los Angeles attractions, but San Diego as well. Not to mention the great beaches within walking distance.

The property was immaculate and the pool and jacuzzi were perfect.

We hope to stay there the next time we visit Southern California.

Nice condo and great location!

We had a wonderful month's stay in Dana Point. This updated condo is very spacious with an open floorplan. Everything was clean, and there was no clutter. There are two large closets, so plenty of room for all our clothes. Having a full sized washer and dryer was very convenient. We had a few questions which Cynthia answered promptly. FYI, there are two sliding glass doors leading to a small patio and the laundry area, one is in the living room and one in the bedroom. There were no screens on these doors, nor on the front door. We left the the doors open during the day for air circulation, but at night we had to close the drapes in order to keep flying bugs out. This made the condo a little warm. Our only suggestion is to add screens to the doors. Otherwise everything was excellent. We can't say enough about the location, it is perfect. Halfway between LA and San Diego, and right across the street and down steps to the beach. We walked the beach almost every day, and enjoyed the beautiful clean sand and the crashing waves.

Beautiful location, lovely condo

The location of the charming and historic little city of Dana Point between Los Angeles and San Diego is ideal for so many activities, and this particular condo is in a perfect location. The complex is very quiet, not far from downtown Dana Point and the harbor, and has access to lovely beaches and the beautiful community around the Ritz Carlton. The unit is very close to a small bluff-top park with a lushly landscaped path from which you can see the ocean below. There are several stairways down to a walkway along the water's edge. They require a bit of exercise, but for those with less mobility the walkway along the bluff is beautiful and a perfect spot to watch the sunsets. Nearby is a natural preserve, and the stairs and other paths can be arranged to plan wonderful hikes, all with astounding views. The condo itself is tastefully and comfortably furnished and was very clean. It is equipped with good quality and thoughtfully planned amenities throughout. When a couple of minor questions arose, the owner, Cynthia, could not have been more helpful or quick to respond. This was a perfect spot for my husband and me to settle while we enjoyed a month's stay close to our son and his family. We hated to leave!

Great Condo, Excellent Location

Earlier this year I spent two months living here and I had a great time. The condo is very nice, very tastefully decorated and it has all the ammenities and appliances that you need to live here. The complex is right across from Monarch Beach which is one of the nicest beaches in Southern California (if you don't mind the stairs - I didn't, it was a great exercise). Dana Point is a great town and you are halfway between L.A. and San Diego. Overall I had a great time and can recommend this condo. I will return sometime in the future.

Great location

We loved our 1 month stay in Dana Point. The location is great: very close to the ocean, walking distance to good restaurants and a close drive to San Diego. We had a great time exploring the area. There is a daybed in the living room perfect for a visiting grandchild. Cynthia is a great hostess - very quick to help if needed.

Fantastic Dana Point Condo near Monarch Beach

Outstanding 1BR condo very close to Monarch Beach Resort and Salt Creek Beach in Dana Point, CA. We wanted to find nice accommodations somewhere in between our son living in San Diego, and our daughter at UCLA, so we could spend Thanksgiving together. This location was perfect! Close to the beach, easy drive or walk to the beautiful Dana Point Harbor, and great restaurants nearby too. Highly recommend RJ's for breakfast and Jimmy's Famous American Tavern and Salt Creek Grille for Dinner and Cocktails. The Condo was nicely updated, quite cozy and very clean. Great kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. We were also grateful the owners allowed us to bring our collie with us, and he had a great stay as well! Lots of great places nearby to walk your dog! I'd like to thank the owners for allowing us to borrow their condo for a week! Really exceeded my already high expectations! If they'll have us, we WILL be back! :)
