The condo is right across the street from the ocean and decorated very cute. The Ritz Carlton is less than a mile away so in a prime location along with several other cute restaurants. The hosts were very nice and responded right away with any questions. I highly recommend.

Perfect Dana Point Location

Seaside@Strands is the perfect location for beautiful beach walks and fantastic eateries in the Lantern District. The condo is very clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our extended stay in Dana Point. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly to our questions. Would highly recommend this place for a great beach stay!

Beautiful, safe, quiet

I had such an amazing stay for over a month. The inside all feels brand new, and beautiful beachy themed. Easy walk to the Strands beach or a bit further to Young’s Beach shack where I went often for sunset, and quick drives to beautiful golf. Also quick easy walk into town for coffee/dinners. Kitchen and bathroom fully stocked and the hosts were easily accessible.

Wonderful!

Overall this property is A+! Great location 500 ateps from Strands Beach Park! The unit and complex location was a quite great spot! Even though it's a One Bedroom it had abundance of space! Planning on returning next Summer!

Coastal Gem in Dana Point

Quiet complex across from Strands Beach parking. Condo is newly updated, well-furnished and appointed. Lots of amenities that made our stay extra comfortable and enjoyable. Close access to beach and walking proximity to restaurants, etc. Owners are exceptionally friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Outstanding location, perfect small condo!

Modern open plan; lovely remodel; much attention to many details; well appointed kitchen; thoughtful bathroom necessities; most comfortable bed ever; lots and lots of pillows; hot water in an instant; convenient washer/dryer; even couch cover blankets for the doggie! We did contact the property manager once and response was instant, and the issue taken care of right away. We enjoyed a most wonderful snow-birding 2 months at this location, and would not hesitate to return.

Great condo, great location

The condo was exactly as described- great King bed, Kitchen/Living area felt comfortable and spacious. Large streaming TV’s in LR and bedroom. As dedicated beach walkers (daily) the location was unbelievable-just across the street the Strands beach. Two sliding doors-one off living room, the other bedroom, kept the room temp perfect.There was two free standing AC units, LR and bedroom. The washer/dryer was located off the patio. Units look and performed like new. We’ve been visiting SoCal for many years (children) and by far, this condo ticked all the boxes for a return visit. Just hope it’s available for next summer.octal

This is the second time we have stayed at one of Debra and Zach’s properties and found them both to be exceptional. They think of every detail to make your stay comfortable in clean and expertly decorated spaces. This particular property was literally steps from Strands Beach where we enjoyed morning walks and evening sunsets. Do not hesitate to make this your next memorable vacation.
