Esta hermosa casa de tres dormitorios, dos baños, 1000sq se encuentra en una zona verde y tranquila dentro de Alamo Heights de San Antonio, justo detrás de los Jardines Botánicos. Apartamento está a poca distancia a pie del zoológico, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club ya sólo 10 minutos en coche del centro de la ciudad. Es remodelado con madera y suelos de baldosas, ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones, la costumbre de todos los azulejos de ducha y ducha de azulejos / tina personalizado, encimeras de granito con acero inoxidable en los fregaderos de montaje. Incluye todo lo que necesita. Está totalmente amueblado y equipado. También incluye TV con cables, Wi-Fi, lavadora y secadora y más. Great location

Everything was great about our stay . Finding the apartment was very easy and accessible. Check in was easy as well. It was located nearby all the cool places you go to San Antonio for(riverwalk, museums and restaurants ) Daniel was a great host ! Will definitely book again!

When you book online in a city you've never seen you are at the mercy of the travel gods. We happened to get a fantastic apartment! It was clean and comfortable! Centrally localized to what we were doing and easy access to main thoroughfares! I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Comfortable, Quiet, kid and dog friendly

This property was comfortable and clean. We had all the accommodations that our family needed. I feel that the price point was great. Daniel our host had great communication and when he was out of pocket he even reached out to let us know who we could contact if we had a issue. We would definitely stay there again .

The apartment was very nice and the host was great with communication!! They even had bunk beds for the kids which I thought was great, only thing was that it said there was a pool but there was not one there but that’s okay too but would have been nice to know.

My family evacuated for Hurricane Ida from Baton Rouge. We decided to make a mini vacation out of the situation. My family of 5 slept comfortably and had plenty of space. The location was close to downtown, the zoo, and the Botanical Gardens.

Christmas for 10

We agreed to host Christmas for the family this year, since their homes had suffered frostbite to their water pipes. We brought a folding 6-foot table, a tree and all of the tableware to make a feast in our VRBO home. It was a great success.

San Antonio Experience

This was a very nice property in a quiet neighborhood and within easy access to San Antonio tourist spots. I would definitely stay at this property again. There were some things that need to be corrected: coffee pot does not work correctly as it was never able to fill the pot after an hour of slowly dripping; battery needs to be replaced in wall clock; two slots on toaster don’t work; never could figure out how to set up ironing board (are some pieces missing on the board?); volume and fast forward on tv remote are non existent; drain is clogged in downstairs shower; WiFi password was not included in Welcome notebook. These were minor inconveniences but the property was still a lovely place to visit.

Expected Better

For starters, I made several attempts to reach the owner prior to our arrival. I tried getting check in instructions 2-3 days prior, but was told we could only get them on our arrival date. On our arrival date, no email came in so when I called around noon, I finally received them. We felt the listing overrepresented the actual unit. Furnishings were a bit dated. At least one mattress needs to be replaced.

Hello Gil, due to security measures we do not give out any check in instruction prior to check in date and having guest check in before check in time (cleaning is still getting the properties ready for arrival and are not given the time needed to get it 100% clean). We have recently changed mattresses due to wear and tear. Hope you give us another chance in the near future, Daniel.

Awful neighborhood, uncomfortable apartment

I sometimes think people leave reviews out of fear of retaliation from the owners, and thus give much higher reviews than a property deserves. As of this writing, all reviews of me have been 5 stars. The communication with the owner ahead of the trip was adequate in terms of frequency, but he never gave me a unit number. So, when I showed up with my two kids after a long drive, I had to call and message him to get a unit number at the apartment building. The neighborhood is awful. Most of the area around the Botanical Gardens has been or is getting updated, but not the 3-4 streets around this property. I witnessed two drug deals while walking my dog with my kids one morning, and yes, I know what I saw. All of the homes nearby are dilapidated and most have aggressive dogs chained in the backyard. On two separate walks, I had dogs break out of their yards and come after my small dog. I had to pick him up and carry him away one of the times because it was a German Shepard that had broken through its gate. The streets are covered in trash and people are illegally dumping in multiple locations. The interior of the property is 'ok' but the bed in the main room is very uncomfortable with a mattress that sags to the middle. You also can't turn on the light in the main bedroom without turning on the ceiling fan. The front door light and lights for the picnic area in the back are never turned off and are bright at night. The people upstairs apparently like to move furniture around all day for some reason. There is a surprising lack of electrical outlets, only one in the kitchen, for example. You can't open the blinds because there is no privacy from the neighborhood if you do. The last straw was when we were home in the afternoon while my child was napping, the kitchen sink started making weird noises and then a horrible sewage-like smell permeated the entire apartment. The smell dissipated after an hour or so, but we decided at that moment to leave one day early. The owner offered nothing in terms of an apology or a refund and messaged me privately to leave him a 5-star review and not to publicly post negative comments. I'll never stay here or near here again and I certainly would never have my kids in this neighborhood.

Hi Michael, I am so sorry about that you experience was not pleasant. If you would have let me know about the mattress, I would have gotten that fixed the next morning for you as well as the outlets. I have not gotten any complaints of any sort about the neighbors and the neighborhood is in transition, but it is a very quiet and friendly. I have had guest that have stayed more than 6 months to 2 years and have not gotten these sorts of complaints, I can't control over what furniture is being move but guest, but I did reach out to them and asked them to stop moving the furniture and any other items. I also cannot do anything about the dogs in neighbor's properties. I do not know what happened to the sink and the smell because I did send the cleaning crew out the night of your check out and there was no sort of smell, but I did get it checked out as well by our plumber. I am very workable with guest and their needs, and I am not sure if you reached out to Brenda about these issues. I know she would have gotten everything fixed. I did send you her information Friday evening because I was no going to be available the weekend until Sunday morning. I never want guest to feel pressured on leaving an honest review, it is just if there are any concerns that you think I should know it would be better to let me know personally so that I or my team can fix them. We could have discussed some sort of agreement on a refund but since the platform does not inform me when a Review is left. Again, I am truly sorry about the inconvenience you encountered. - Daniel

Muy cómodo!

El lugar, es muy espacioso el cual da muy buena comodidad, es un lugar apto para mascostas y aún así es muy limpio, huele a limpio, por lo que le damos 5 estrellas a la señora del servicio y el gerente u administrador del lugar, Daniel muy atento y servicial. El lugar es muy céntrico a espaldas del jardín botánico de S.A. y casi enfrente del zoo! Con gusto lo volvería a rentar!

Sorry for your review. On day 3 of your stay you have made all kind of different excuses to ask for your money back. Ive offered to reimburse you for all the days that were left on your reservation. You said you did like the apartment very much but needed to cut your vacation short. All the money for the unused days was refunded to you, yet you still wrote this sour review. After examining the apartment (once you left), there were NO issues what so ever. I'm using a professional cleaning company with this home and they too confirmed there were no issues. Safe travels. Very Comfortable Place to Stay :)

It was so nice to have a comfortable place to stay during our Thanksgiving Holiday. We used all three of the rooms and everyone said that their bed was really comfortable. Though the neighborhood is older, there was a nice area in the back for the dogs to be off leash and it was convenient to a Central Market grocery store and to major streets. It was really nice to have 2 full bathrooms and a usable kitchen! The lock system worked great and we felt like everything was safe :) We hope to stay here again on our next visit to San Antonio. Family Weekend

The property is a little older but very clean. The property manager communicates very well. The location was perfect for our weekend activities at the Alamodome.

Nice location

The location of this property is perfect for easy access to the park, nice restaurants, the botanical garden, and not far from downtown. Kids loved the room with arcade game, such a hit to keep them occupied.

Excellent Choice - Loved It

Daniel was very responsive and courteous. The condo was clean and well supplied, never saw as much as a single gnat in the unit. The neighborhood is a quiet, well established, prime area. The neighbors were all very friendly and helpful. This is a great area of San Antonio, no issues at all. Maintenance kept the property attended to at all times. Plenty of families live on this street; while there were a few pets running free they were very friendly and happy animals. I recommend staying here and I won’t hesitate to rent this place again.

Clean older unit

The floors and bathrooms were really clean, but the stairs and walkways were covered with bird droppings and broken eggs. The unit definitely shows its age and the furniture is old as well. We were good until the tv didn’t work, the roach showed up and the instructions for the Wi-Fi were wrong. You get what you pay for

Hello Lynn, we are so sorry about the issues you encountered. The maintenance does power wash every other week, but I will let him know to be more thorough with it. We are working on updating all the apartments but with so many guest it is a little difficult. We do get pest control to come every month due to the high volume of guest, I am not sure if you contacted Brenda about this issue, she would have been more than happy to help you out with any of these issues. . The Wi-Fi instructions were not correct because we had recently changed the receiver and modem and didn't get the chance to change it in the welcome binder. Again, we are truly sorry and hope that you give us another chance in the future, Daniel.

Close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was nice. Problem getting into the apartment because owner did not give us the apartment number or the code for the door lock. Had to contact him to get the information. It didn't take long but could have been a disaster if we had arrived late at night instead of the middle of the afternoon.

Sorry, you felt like this was a disaster. But we no longer give the lockbox codes for keys as people misplace them or take them, having to replace locks is not economical, but we do give it out on occasion if the keypad battery dies out or malfunctions. We did provide that code when you called, we are always just a phone call away even in the middle of the night.
