This is a small complex and my unit is located at the back. It is easy to get to all the major attractions in San Antonio from here. You'll find the unit stocked with mixer, crock pot, toaster over, coffee pot, and spices, if you enjoy cooking. Our major grocery store-HEB is 2 miles.

Bracken Cave Bat Flight

We went to Bracken Cave Preserve to experience the bat flight at dusk. This was a nice, clean, and close place to stay!

Excellent location

We appreciated the proximity to services we needed without being forced to travel on the interstate or busy loops during heavy traffic. The condo was as advertised. We were lucky to enjoy summer temperatures on our winter escape.

Cute TX Townhome

We stayed here for a local wedding. The location was safe and close to everything we needed, the decor was all TX themed and very cute, we appreciated the labels to help us find what we needed. My kids loved the toys. Would stay here again!

Quiet stay close to so much

This townhouse was in a great location for us. It is close to downtown, shopping and lots of restaurants. And yet it’s quiet! The neighborhood is quiet and the amount of traffic is low. The townhouse was spacious and clean!

First time….

Quiet and relaxing - great location

So much to do in San Antonio...this is a great location. Easy access to downtown or the Hill Country. The townhouse was great...loved having the space of upstairs and down. Kitchen well stocked. Good communication from Ellen, our host. Would come back here again!

Wonderful place to stay!

This was a beautiful, clean, and spacious townhouse with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It has all the modern conveniences of home away from home. It had a big screen TV, fully functioning kitchen, and a modern washer and dryer. It was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood close to grocery stores and restaurants, and everyone enjoyed watching the deer. The owner was very accommodating and available for anything we needed. We really enjoyed our time there and highly recommend this rental. We will definitely stay there again w

Great place

Lovely townhouse with garage parking and friendly neighborhood. Had zero issues the entire week long stay. The owner is very helpful and responds promptly. The house had everything we needed for the kids and it is well stocked with kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies and linens. Would definitely stay here again. The kids loved looking at the deer every morning that came up in the yard.

Great Location

The Condo was very organized and clean. Everything worked as advertised also loved the clear communication. We were close to everything really nice neighborhood no problems what so ever. The keyless entry was nice on the Garage and Front Door. Would really love to stay agin in the future.

Great Stay

Our stay was great. The condo was very clean and is located in a nice safe quiet neighborhood. Our host was great at communicating with us. It was easy to locate everything around the home because the host has everything well organized and labeled. The master bed was comfortable, but I would not recommend the twin beds for adults because they lacked support and you could feel the springs on your back. What I really liked was that we were able to use the garage during our stay and did not have to worry about parking.

Great Cozy Centrally Located Home

This home was in a great area for seeing friends, family and doing the activities of San Antonio. Very clean and ready for occupancy. The owner is great in her communication and very responsive. We really like that there was a garage for our rental. Everything that was promised in the add was available plus more. Decorations gave you the Texas feel and the beds were comfortable—not always something you get in a rental. Try t hi s place out, you won’t regret it.

SAT Convenient Location on North side

Very well maintained, clean and organized. Very neat "note system" on most cabinets to advise what items were present in each cabinet, to avoid the "searching" process. I was surprised to have only ONE TV and it be downstairs, without another being in the Master BR, but not a big deal. GREAT location for all North side activities, which fit my needs perfectly. Having a usable Garage was a real advantage for my uses.

Great stay in quiet townhouse

If you are looking for a quiet and organized place, this is it. If you are looking for towels, garbage bags or a first aid kit, just look at the labels Ellen has put out. They are everywhere. Forgot soap, shampoo, condiments, coupons? They are there too. Our under two-year-old grandkids also came over and loved the Pack and Play, high chair, books, puzzles and blocks. There are even baby baths if we needed them. The small nearby playground was nice as well, and the townhouse development was super quiet. If you are older and wooden stairs aren’t your thing anymore, it may be a challenge because the bedrooms are upstairs, but if you use the handrails, you should be OK. Ellen is great to work with and we really liked our stay.

I think these home away places provide an opportunity for people to travel less expensively and gives more choices compared to hotels.

I chose this place because it's 3 miles from my home, but conveniently located for groceries, fast food, sightseeing and easy access to major roads.. Plus I thought it seemed like a very safe and quiet place.
