Una gran finca familiar entre las secoyas

Villa Ratto es una propiedad familiar privada de dos acres que se ha transmitido a la próxima generación. La finca está ubicada entre las impresionantes secoyas de California en el histórico Cazadero. Es el escenario perfecto para unas vacaciones inolvidables con familiares y amigos o una escapada romántica en pareja. Además, es el lugar ideal para relajarse, descansar y equilibrarse con la naturaleza.

Los terrenos ofrecen una gran área cubierta de hierba para juegos al aire libre como voleibol y bádminton y un anillo de fogata en la parte posterior para una noche relajante junto a un cálido fuego.

El alojamiento de estilo contemporáneo recientemente remodelado muestra simplicidad, estilo y comodidad. La sala principal con techos abovedados con vigas de madera cuenta con una gran sala de estar, una cocina gourmet abierta y un amplio comedor con capacidad para hasta diez invitados.

La sala de estar con chimenea de piedra incluye un cómodo y espacioso sofá de cuero.

La cocina gourmet completamente equipada incluye: 2 fregaderos, hornos dobles, amplias áreas de preparación, encimera de gas, refrigerador de vino y encimeras de piedra de cuarzo.

This was our 2nd time staying at Villa Ratto. We will be back again! The house is set up with everything you could possibly want/need in a vacation home. The host is exceptional- responsive and helpful. The setting is beautiful and offers privacy/quiet yet is close enough if you want to go grab something to eat! We love it here and are anxious to come back!

This house is spectacular; has everything and anything you will ever need! Fantastic location to either Guerneville, Duncan Mills and the coast (Goat Rock Beach a must)! House was impeccably clean and the access to Austin Creek behind the home was great for our dog to romp around in.

Villa Ratto is it for us! Since 2013, my family of 3, my sister’s family of 3 and my parents (who are in their mid 70’s) have been vacationing together. We have never once stayed in the same house twice. However, after our week at Villa Ratto that will change. We cannot wait to come back. The yard is amazing! We played kick ball in the back, went “snipe hunting”, the kids floated in the creek, we enjoyed both patios and even roasted hot dogs and marshmallows in the fire. The house was spacious enough for all of us, and the kitchen is well stocked. The host had thought of everything you could need and is generous with supplies. He’s very responsive and helpful as well. 10/10! Highly recommended!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed your home! We found it to be clean and well stocked with everything we might need. The location is peaceful, quiet, secluded. We especially liked it being on Austin Creek. We went walking or swimming in the creek most every day. We also gathered around the fire pit most days. Tony was always available to answer a question or handle a concern. A wonderful host. We toured wineries, spent a day along the coast and a day at Armstrong Redwoods. A perfect blend of activity, relaxation and connecting with family. We would definitely stay here again! I would consider booking your stay now!

This property is everything the reviews say it is. We stayed for a week…. a long weekend with our children and grandchildren and the rest of the week just the two of us and the property and home here fit all of that perfectly. While there is so much to do in the area, we also were quite content with staying on property and never lacked for things to do or for peace and quiet. We dropped our paddle boards in the creek, played numerous indoor and outdoor games and enjoyed the fire pit and new hot tub as well as the fireplace inside. This home is exceptionally stocked, and the owner has obviously spent a lot of time and effort to make this home inviting and homey. Tony was a great communicator as well and made checking in and out seamless. Hope to stay here again soon.

Wonderful family destination

Spacious, clean, great appliances and furnishings. A huge yard for children. Hot tub, fire pit and grill all great! I highly recommend this property! (Owner very helpful and quick to respond to questions) Everything was perfect for our family getaway.

The perfect place

Idyllic

Perfect spot for families with kids - they spent hours and hours playing in the meadow. Sunshine, redwoods, smores at the campfire, and access to the creek - what more can you want? Kitchen spacious and well appointed. Private, quiet, clean - this is our second visit and we'd love to make it an annual tradition.

Amazing property

This was our second time at villa ratto and my family has begun to think of it as our sanctuary away from the city. The yard- the creek- the fire pit and hot tub- it is simply perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary equipment and the beds are super comfortable.

Above Expectations

Everything about this home exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was huge and contained more items than any gourmet cook could hope for. It was near a large table that was perfect for group meals and family games. The hot tub was the best we have ever used - very clean, hot and great jets. Thank you for a great time!

Thanksgiving Holiday

Our family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving at this amazing property. The kitchen was well equipped to cook our holiday meal, we lacked for nothing. We loved the redwood trees and fruit trees on the property and the flat area was great for playing cornhole. We used the fire pit and jacuzzi almost every night. We will recommend this property to all our family and friends.

Great Weekend Getaway

Five of us in our family (three humans and two dogs) had a terrific stay at the property. The home was comfortable and extremely well-stocked. The kitchen had anything you could want, there were plenty of towels and linens, and a nice collection of games. Wi-fi worked well through the home. The fenced in yard was great for the pups (although the yard is big enough that you should keep a very close eye on unleashed dogs). Would recommend for a lazy trip away for some terrific quiet time.

Holiday Haven!

The photos definitely do the property justice! The home is perfect, and as other reviewers mentioned, the kitchen is the most well appointed we've ever experienced at a rental! I normally always bring a few items we can't live without and the house had them all! The grounds and creek access were so wonderful! The kids and pups had the absolute BEST time running around the property and enjoying the creek! Truly wonderful and the most kind host!! We're so grateful we were lucky enough to enjoy this property and look forward to a future stay! Highly recommend!!!

Delightful in every detail

The house is not large, but it is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We've never had such a well-stocked kitchen in a rental home. The location is lovely, and the property is private and quiet, with several stands of large redwood trees. Charming little town of Cazadero is four miles away. Don't miss Raymond's Bakery. Owners helpful and thoughtful, with amazing attention to detail throughout the house.

Great Property!

Our family loved this place inside and out! Our yellow lab stayed busy chasing balls in the large, fenced yard, and our grandchlidren stayed busy splashing around in the peaceful creek just outside the property gate! We didnt even need to fight the crowds on the Russian River! Then, there was the hot tubbing, Smores around the fire pit, and the gourmet kitchen! Loads to do and not enough time to do it all!

For 50 years, Cazadero and the Russian River has been our family summer and weekend getaway. Our family vacation home holds a special place in our hearts since our parents bought it in the summer of 1969. It holds wonderful memories and it is our pleasure to share it with you.

It is a great place to come together with family and friends. The redwoods, Austin Creek, the sunny open space, and the location are the perfect setting for a memorable vacation. Plus, it's only a two hour drive north of San Francisco. Great for a quick weekend getaway.

Also, it's only a 5 minute drive to the Russian River and the charming town of Duncans Mills, 15 minutes to Guerneville, 15 minutes heading west to the scenic Sonoma Coast, and close to some of the best wineries in Sonoma County.

It’s one of those places that you have to see to believe. You can enjoy spending the whole day here. As evening approaches it becomes quiet and calm. It's the perfect setting to start a warm campfire, sit back, and relax.
