WINTER IS WONDERFUL IN HHI! SHORT WALK TO BEACH, SHOPS & DINING. BOOK NOW!

This charming, convenient, family and ONE small dog-friendly, two bedroom, two bath villa is perfect for families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers or a girl’s getaway. It is our vacation home, as well. It has been in our family for over 45 years.

The first floor unit is just steps away from the pool and only a 6-7 minute stroll to the beach, shops and restaurants. If you have lots of gear, public beach parking is less than a mile away. It is located in the popular South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head, just minutes from Coligny Plaza shops, restaurants and beaches.
Come relax and stay in a light, bright villa. There are no stairs in or leading to the unit and parking is just outside the front door, making it a great choice for families or retirees. Keep up with work if needed or check your e-mail with the high-speed wireless internet connection. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full bath. The second bedroom has a twin bed, a full bed and a full bath just beyond the door. The very comfortable family room has an a newly installed 42 in flat screen tv and large coffee table perfect for playing board games.
Hilton Head is perfect for those who want an active beach vacation with extensive bike trails thru-out the Island (Rental bikes can be delivered to your door and picked up at the end of your visit), tennis courts, golf courses, wildlife viewing opportunities, and shopping centers. For those who prefer to lounge by the pool or on the beautiful beach with a good book Hilton Head is perfect for that too! ! HHI has pet friendly beaches (check with beach rules for times & dates)

Delicious restaurants are plentiful in all price ranges and styles of cuisine. If you prefer to eat-in, the fully appointed kitchen provides all you need to cook your favorite comfort foods. You can even prepare fresh seafood using the charcoal grill located adjacent to your private patio.
The complex has its own large, private fenced-in pool and a bike storage rack for bike rentals. The beach is a little over a block away down the bike/walking path located right outside the entrance to the complex. If you enjoy tennis, the Van Der Meer Tennis Center side entrance is located just 75 feet from your front door and offers lessons and clinics. Hilton Head has beautiful wide beaches, miles of bike paths, great golf courses, nature preserves and trails, horseback riding, fishing and much more. The island has a lot to offer in the off-season as well - a temperate climate, shopping, theater and music productions, a wine festival, biking, golfing, jogging and tennis. Fly in and out of the local Hilton Head Airport or Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport if needed - it's just 45 minutes away.

Included in your rental are free: WiFi Internet, local phone service and cable TV service (in living room and both bedrooms), central air conditioning and heating.

We’ve been staying here for the past several years and it’s always a highlight of our summer. The kids love the pool. It’s an easy walk to the beach and ice cream shops and the amenities are just what we need for our little family.

Condo was perfect for my family of 5. We didn't bring a pup this time but plan to in the future. We chose to drive to the public parking to the beach instead of walk. We loved that it is just far enough to make it inconvenient for our teens to leave the beach and go back to the room. Haha. We would stay here again.

Great family getaway

This was the second time my family and I have visited Jeanine’s place and it was even better than last year! We had a great time at the pool and really enjoyed the short walk to the park and the ice cream store. The apartment had everything we needed for our daily trip to the beach and the kitchen was lovely for cooking dinner. We hope to go back again!

This location was perfect! We had the pool to ourselves every morning and easily biked to the beach, shopping, and even mini golf in the afternoons. The condo was fully furnished with everything we needed and we had plenty of room for the 4 of us!

Wonderful Hilton Head Retreat

This condo was perfect for our family of 3! We loved that the pool was maybe 10-15 steps from the back door and the Van Der Meer Tennis Center was maybe 50 steps from the front door!! Super convenient location. Just a short walk to the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was very safe and amazingly quiet and a peaceful retreat for us. The host was easy to reach and quick to respond when we had questions! We will definitely stay here again!!

Another great stay

This was our third time staying here and it never disappoints! The kitchen is ready to feed a family and the rooms are cozy. The kids could have lived at the pool but we made sure to get plenty of beach time too. Everything is in walking and biking distance. We barely had to see the Memorial Day crowd because in the busy afternoons we were so happy hunkering down at the condo. We just love coming here!

Family beach trip

The property was nice. Bottom floor unit with parking within a few feet. The pool was close out the back door. Short walk to the beach was only a few minutes away down the sidewalk. This property has both residents and vacationers. All we met seemed to be pleasent. Would stay again.

We loved the location, unit was clean but the 4 tin cans of air freshener in the pantry were over kill and made the house smell like a gas station restroom. Not sure if they were trying to mask the smell of the upstairs units pot ( skunk smell) usage. A fresh coat of paint would help to brighten up the place and make it appear less dingy.

Clean, safe rental

The rental was nice and quiet as well. The location is convenient. A couple of things were dated, like a toaster that only toasted one side, a pretty old microwave, broiler that didn't work in the oven and we felt that new mattresses would help greatly, and possibly adding a king size bed to one of the bedrooms. It was a good fit for us & the aforementioned weren't deal breakers.

Wonderful trip!

We really enjoyed our stay! We've stayed a few places in Hilton Head over the last 15 years and this is by far one of my favorites. The condo was well stocked with dishes and utensils and was quite roomier than I expected. The walk to the beach was a little further than I thought, but still very doable. The convenience of the pool and grills right outside the slider more than made up for it. We had a small hiccup with the door, but the owner was very easy to get in touch with and we got it resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again! My family had such a great time!

Excellent Location

The location of this rental is excellent!- close to shopping, restaurants, Beach, park and playground. We recommend renting bikes as most everything can be reached by riding. The pool is located just a few steps out the back door with a row of privacy trees between you and the pool. There is a men’s and women’s bathroom inside the pool fence. The owner is great to work with and responds very quickly to messages.

Great location/value

While you can tell the development is older it is very well maintained and very convenient to the beach and shopping. The pool is amazing. The unit is very well stocked (except hand soap). Me, my husband and dog were very comfortable. The only complaint we would have is beyond the owners control and that is whomever lives upstairs walks very loudly and we could hear their television.

Our entire family is in aviation in the Philadelphia area. We first found the little gem called Hilton Head in 1978 when visiting the Grumman American (now Gulfstream Aerospace) factory in nearby Savannah, GA. We run a flight school and air charter company in Northeast Philadelphia.

Our family has over 35 memorable years owning this property. Hilton Head truly is our second home and first in our hearts. So many of our fondest memories have happened here and in this villa. We love it so much that we want to share it with folks who want to create similar memories for themselves and their families for years to come.
