Dog Friendly Coligny Beach Townhouse - Minutes from the Beach!

Welcome to 22 Beach Arbor Villas, a 2 bedroom 3 bathroom dog friendly (with a small fee) townhouse in the popular South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island. Park your car for the weekend and easily walk to anything you need! The townhouse is a short walk to the beach, Celebration Park, Coligny Plaza, The Bank Beer Garden, Sea Pines and more.

The townhouse comfortably sleeps 6 making it great for family and friends (plus your dog!) looking to get away to the beach for all occasions. Both bedrooms have been updated with newer mattresses and beds.

The well equipped kitchen provides you all the comforts of home. Don't worry about laundry - a washer and dryer set is available in the unit for your convenience.

The complex also has a family friendly private pool located just down the path from the front door.

Parking is conveniently located just steps from the front door of the unit.

Please note the following:
- We allow ONE dog at a time in the unit. If you would like to bring more than one dog, please reach out before booking to discuss
- There is a $125 additional fee for bringing your dog with you. Dogs MUST be disclosed in your reservation during the booking process
- Failure to disclose that you're traveling with a dog may result in a $200 fee
- Please, no dogs on the furniture. Failure to comply with rule may result in an additional fee
- There are cameras located at the front and rear doors for security purposes

The property was great overall. It was very well stocked, with towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, etc. The bedrooms were good sized, and it was great that each had their own bathroom (plus a full bath on the first floor). The location was great, just a few minute walk to the Lowcountry Celebration Park and 10 min or so walk to the beach. The hosts were communicative, and check-in was super easy. Great stay overall.

The condo is located in a quit neighborhood and within walking distance to shopping, dining, and the beach. The unit comes very well stocked in the kitchen and the rooms are large and nicely decorated

Great family vacation spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental had everything we needed and some extras. The home was clean, had comfy beds, had a stocked kitchen for cooking at home, had extra pillows and blankets and so much more. May seem silly but they even had Tupperware we used to pack lunches for the beach-so convenient. The pool was clean and great for the kids to enjoy. Overall we would recommend for any family looking for a beach stay.

Perfect vacation!

we absolutely loved our room, it had all of the accommodations one could ever need on a vacation. It was super close to multiple ways to get to the beach and close to Coligny and within walking distance to celebration park! we even got to bring both of our dogs with us which was a major bonus!! the owners were very communicative and took the time to answer questions within minutes! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking!!

Fantastic location

The location of this townhouse is fantastic. You can easily walk to everything near Coligny Beach and also to the beach, which was probably 10 minutes away. The owners are very communicative and helpful if you need anything. All in all one of my best stays on Hilton Head!

Excellent Vacation Near Coligney Beach!!

Thank you for sharing your townhouse with our family for our Hilton Head vacation! It was perfect: clean, well-appointed, extremely comfortable, quiet, with a great centralized location, making everything walkable or bikeable. Communication with the owners prior to the trip was super-easy; they were very prompt with clear answers, making it easy to prepare for the trip. There was plenty of room for the grandsons (ages 2 and 5), and our dog enjoyed the room and walks. The kitchen was well-stocked for preparing meals, which was great with the kids. Beds were really comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the lovely shower in the Master bathroom!! Thank you so much!

Great stay and location

We had a great time at RJ and Kathy's property. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed for the week. The washer and dryer were an added convenience, and we loved having use of their beach wagon and umbrella. The master bedroom and bath were nicely updated. We were able to check-in an hour earlier than planned. The best part was the location to the beach (free beach parking each day) and Coligny Plaza with shopping and restaurants. The newer park nearby was also easy to walk to. We would stay here again!

Great place to Stay!

Great stay in a clean, comfortable, and well appointed townhome. Very comfortable beds, It was great to have two beds in the second bedroom so the kids didn’t have to share. it was also great having three bathrooms with our 2 kids being teenagers. Walking distance to a variety of amenities including the beach, restaurants, shops, and the grocery store was a huge plus too. The neighborhood was extremely safe feeling and the townhouse is in a great location. We rented bikes which was another fun option, and there is a bike rack right outside the townhouse. Our family really enjoyed our visit and are eager to stay here again!

Wonderful time at dog beach

Excellent communication by owners. Condo is located that is an easy walk to beach and shops of Coligne. Condo has everything you will need as far as cooking.

Fabulous spot in HHI!

Convenient Location

Clean, comfortable, pet friendly, easy access, host is responsive, we cooked a lot which saved us money and the kitchen was well equipped. An outdoor grill would have been great but we made due. Overall, great place to stay and we recommend it.

Great family oriented place to stay!

I loved the house, it was clean and convenient with access to both the beach and pools. We did have an issue with a lock but both Kathy and RJ were quick to help with a solution! Would highly recommend staying here again!

Liked the location. Easy walk to the beach. Clean. Parking situation needs addressed . Unit nicely equipped. There was beach wagon, umbrella, and other things already there. Nice full-size washer and dryer. Comfortable beds. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We first visited Hilton Head Island in 2018 and it immediately became our "happy place". It took only one visit during the off season for us to fall in love with HHI and make us want to buy a place here someday. Buying a property on HHI is a dream come true and we are excited to be part of the adventure where others get to explore the wonderful area. We hope you enjoy HHI as much as we do.

We chose this property as we have always loved the South Forest Beach area. We find that it provides the optimal vacation where you can easily walk to everything you want and don't need to move your car if you don't want to.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We knew this was our place when we realized it was across the street from the hotel we first stayed when we visited HHI. It felt like everything came full circle and stayed true to the location that made us first fall in love with HHI. We hope you enjoy walking and exploring as much as we do!
