When you stay at this centrally-located apartment, your family will be close to everything. This beautiful 2 bedroom unit is located on the first floor in the front of a 4 unit house and is ideally located 1.5 half blocks to the Beach & the World Famous Boardwalk.

-Kitchen: Help yourself to anything in the kitchen, coffee, oatmeal, etc. My only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving to avoid additional cleaning fees and take out the trash to bins located in the rear.

-No SMOKING inside the apartment. If there is a sign of smoking after check out your credit card will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.

-This is a family building and quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.

-In case of any party, your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund and you will be asked to leave the premises by local authorities.

-Absolutely NO visitors. The only people allowed to be in the building are the people listed on the reservation.

-Be sure to check out by 10 am to avoid a $75 PER HOUR late check out fee (unless you've paid a fee to check out later and both parties have agreed to a late checkout).

-LEAVE THE PLACE CLEAN. Make sure to clean after yourself. If the place is found excessively dirty you will charge an additional $150 cleaning fee to your credit card. Please wash and return all dishes, utensils, cups and mugs after use

-Any stain in sheets or towels will result in being charged for them.

-Pet must remain in a crate if unattended.

If any of these rules are broken your reservation will be terminated early without a refund and additional fees may be charged to your credit card.
