The Palms is a premiere gulf front complex centrally located in Orange Beach, AL... making it convenient to shopping, restaurants, and all kinds of recreation. This low density complex features many great amenities, including a beach-front pool, outdoor grilling area, workout room, sauna, lighted tennis courts, and a heated indoor pool that happens to be steps from the door of our unit.
Once inside, you will find a spacious, professionally decorated vacation home with over 1300 square feet of living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with seating for six at the dining table plus two at the kitchen breakfast bar. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit will comfortable sleep eight (10 if smaller children will share the 2 double beds).
The spacious living room features a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, a 42' wall mounted HDTV, a DVD player and several choices of board games for those occasional rainy beach days.
Both the living room and master bedroom open directly onto the large balcony with spectacular views of the beach and the beautiful blue green water of the Gulf of Mexico.
The balcony is furnished with colorful adirondack loungers and a teakwood bistro table and chairs, great for early morning coffee, meals or simply enjoying our colorful sunsets.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, wall mounted flatscreen HDTV, DVD player and en suite bath. The second bedroom is also furnished with a king bed and wall mounted flatscreen TV. The third bedroom is newly furnished with two double beds a flat screen TV, and DVD player.
This unit comes with high speed WiFi, a Bose SoundWave Stereo a full size washer an dryer and a collection of our favorite DVD’s for your enjoyment while on vacation.
For vacationers who want to stay in shape while on holiday, the fitness room is located on the first floor and features a treadmill, stationary bike, weight equipment and a stair machine. After your swim or workout, try out the refreshing dry sauna.
The Palms is situated in a prime location with just a few short blocks to three large grocery stores, four pharmacies, restaurants, movie rentals, spas and shopping. The Tanger Outlet Mall offers great retail therapy with over 120 brand name stores for those occasional rainy afternoons. The Wharf shopping, dining and entertainment complex is just 10 minutes away. It features an amphitheater for regularly scheduled concerts, more shopping and a movie theater. Perdido Pass offers a new area just for fishermen. Marinas, glass bottom boats, chartered deep sea fishing, golf (big boy and miniature), Alabama Birding Trail, amusement parks and water theme parks are all just a few short minutes away.

John & Pam have lived and worked in Baldwin county for 17 years just 45 minutes from Orange Beach. As a family, they have enjoyed Gulf Coast beach vacations their whole lives. They now look forward to sharing their beach condo with new friends.

The Palms had all the amenities that we were looking for in in a vacation condo. When a 3BR unit became available, we jumped on it. We already have great memories from our time at the Palms and we hope our guests will feel the same.

The Palms is a low density condo with on site security, indoor pool, sauna and work out area. We enjoy our morning coffee on the beachfront balcony and afternoon lounging watching the unbelievable sunsets.

We’ll be back!! Great condo, well stocked kitchen dishes, pans / anything you may need is there! Wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean. Parking is good, elevators are readily available and fabulous, friendly security guards!
Great view and price!
This property was absolutely perfect! The location was great, size was just right, and the view was amazing. We loved the large kitchen and balcony. Even the security guard on duty was super fun and helpful! The Todds weee super wonderful to book with and responded to questions immediately. Will return for sure!!

We had a great time on our trip. The condo is well appointed and spacious. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils you need. The view is absolutely beautiful. Everyone from the owners to the building security (Robert) are extremely nice. Mr. And Mrs. Todd, thank you for an amazing trip!

Excellent condo, couldn’t have been better. Loved all the space. Kitchen was amazing. Decorating was perfect, not too beachy. We felt very comfortable, kind of like home. Thank you for allowing us to have a great March!
Once the home for acres of orange plantations, Orange Beach is now a celebrated Gulf Coast destination with a rich variety of activities. The sugar white sandy beaches, the rolling waves, gentle breezes and temperate climate, make Orange Beach popular year round.
After a day in the sun on the beach or links, you'll have a whole new world to explore at night. Sample some of the absolute freshest seafood at one of the many restaurants, bistros and cafes. Then take advantage of any number of entertainment venues, ranging from family friendly to rockin' and rowdy. There's an incredible variety of live music to be heard nearly every night of the week.
Without a doubt, Orange Beach offers a unique combination of relaxation and entertainment and continuously ranks as one of the top vacation destinations on the Gulf Coast.In addition to the white sand beaches and turquoise water, this area offers additional attractions. For those interested in history, Fort Morgan is about 30 minutes west of our condo, and Pensacola Naval Museum (home of the Blue Angels) is about the same distance east. There are also several golf courses, a zip line, water parks and plenty of shopping nearby.

PLEASE READ ❗️ We accept payment through VRBO/HomeAway online credit card system. We also accept personal checks and eChecks but only when discussed and approved prior to booking. Travelers can pay in full at time of booking or in two or three divided payments. The system is automatically set for two payments. If the three payment option is preferable, please notify owner at the time of inquiry as this cannot be changed after the reservation is accepted. If payment by check is preferred, please alert owner at time of inquiry. In the event that payment by check is agreed upon, the VRBO/HomeAway service fee plus an amount equal to the security/damage deposit must be paid by Credit Card at the time the reservation is made in order to secure the reservation. Regardless of the method of payment, all funds must be paid prior to 30 days prior to check in for short term guests (less than 28 day stay) and prior to 60 days for our long term guests (28 days or longer). The cancellation policy is covered in detail in our rental agreement.
