The Palms of Orange Beach #603 is a stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condominium located on the East side in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. This spacious and comfortable unit offers breathtaking Gulf views and direct access to the sandy shores, making it an ideal destination for your coastal getaway.

The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, perfect for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. The adjacent dining area provides plenty of room for your group to enjoy meals together and the patio dining can enhance your experience.

The primary bedroom with a king bed serves as a private retreat with direct balcony access and a spa-like ensuite bathroom recently updated. The second bedroom includes a king bed, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds. A queen size sleeper sofa in the living room adds extra sleeping space, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. A second full bathroom accommodates the other guests. All bedrooms and living room is equipped with smart TV’s including DishNetwork and the unit provides secured Wi-Fi.

Condo was very clean and just like it was pictured. Kitchen was well stocked. We had to unclog the main bathroom drain but other than that we had no problems. We had perfect weather and water all week!

Beautiful and CLEAN Condo

The condo was so clean. Probably the cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in. The Condo staff on site were all super friendly. Great location and easy walk to the beach.

Good location and space

Floors seemed a little dirty in kitchen area (I’m sure it’s difficult to clean with the sand beach) and not a fan of toiletries supply of 2 days, but overall a great facility, location and beach.

All Good for Spring Break

Really liked the condo itself. The only issue was the surrounding public accesses The trash chute was disgusting. Other tenants just threw their garbage in the little closet and not down the chute throughout the visit. The elevator needs oiling. By the end of the week we could hear everyone going up and down in the farthest bedroom for the elevator. But really liked the condo. It was recently updated, clean, and very clean. 2 King beds was a bonus. 3rd room had two twin beds. I really appreciated Flip Flop Rentals as well. They were very helpful and easily accessible. We couldn’t find parking passes, and they responded within 20 min. With parking passes on hand. VRBO- need to identify only one parking pass is included in the price of the rental. You have to purchase a second if you have a second vehicle. I did not understand that in the listing. But the owners were helpful and resolved the issue quickly.

We loved the location of this property - it had easy access from and to all the places we wanted to visit. It was clean and comfortable and as presented in the listing. Great property - we will visit again! Owners were clearly thoughtful with their presentation and small details were great - very responsive to the one small issue we had and the unit was well appointed. We lacked for nothing!

We enjoyed our stay at “Sea for Miles”. The unit was comfortable and had all of the necessities for a family to enjoy a beach vacation. Check in was seamless and communication with the host was clear and direct. The unit was clean and enjoyable! The palms condominium is in a great location along OB.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful unit on Orange Beach! The location is perfect, and the condo was spotless with an amazing view overlooking the beach. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly easy and hassle-free.The listing photos were completely accurate and matched the space exactly, which we really appreciated. When I needed to reach out to the host, John, he was very responsive and provided several helpful options to quickly resolve the issue.We also loved the thoughtful extras, like the provided sunscreen and beach bag. One of the best surprises was the storage unit on the deck—it was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a beach wagon, which made our time on the beach so much more convenient.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!
