The property was clean and comfortable in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. An ideal place for us in Atwater Village to visit family. Walkable to shops, restaurants and a reasonable Uber ride for us to LA attractions.

Andriana was a great host and responded quickly to any questions that I had. The rental was even more spacious than I expected and my daughter and I were pleased to find one so close to where our family lives. We will definitely stay again when visiting family.

Everything was perfect! It’s in a great neighborhood, walking distance from stores&restaurants&bars. I stayed a week and it was the best, the house is great, everything i needed was there and if it wasn’t, there was a store 3 blocks away. it was so convenient having a washer and dryer right there. i will definitely stay there again, i highly recommend it!

This spot was a quiet and comfortable spot for our stay. It was super convenient for the WB Studios and other areas we wanted to visit. The host was responsive when we messaged about a coffee maker. The rooms were spacious and the lockbox/door code entry may our check-in process after a long drive super easy. We had everything we needed for our stay.

We had a great stay! There were no problems finding the property or checking in. The house was spacious and had almost everything needed to stay for a week. There was only one kitchen towel, and not very many pots to cook with. But the cups and plates were stalked full. The property was beautiful and I would stay again.

From the moment we found the listing, through the booking process, the check-in process and throughout my family’s two-week stay, we had a wonderful and smooth experience.Andriana, the host, was very responsive in all communication and helpful with any questions we had. The accommodations were as advertised. No surprises. The unit was actually bigger than we had anticipated it would be by looking at the photos. The proximity to areas of interest were perfect for us. 10-15 minutes walking through the neighborhood to great restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. Very close drive to on-ramps to multiple freeways. Easy short drive on local roads to Silverlake, Los Feliz, Glendale. 20-30 minutes freeway drive to Burbank, Pasadena, DTLA.Laundry was convenient. Many supermarkets, Target, and CVS within a 2-3 mile drive. Electric car charging stations were a little bit more sparse than I’m used to but not bad one I figured out I had where they were located and the peak/off-peak times.Many more positive things to share! We would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit. Thank you!
