This is a very nice property to stay at with beautiful views. The location was close to everything we wanted to go to. The host was very responsive when we had questions. We appreciate her!! Will definitely stay again and would definitely recommend to others to stay here.

This is a small but very comfy 4th floor apartment in a great location! Bed is awesome! Added bonus is a space in a parking garage. We enjoyed proximity to Union Station (great coffee at the Pig Train coffee place) and we liked just walking around. Church & Union Restaurant was excellent. Host helped us get settled and responded whenever she could.

Not sure if this unit is even supposed to be rented through VRBO.Fine for one person or a couple who plans to do EVERYTHING together. Very secure building but that was a problem. Listing did not disclose access to the building, elevator and apartment was through a fob and that you are only given 1. You have to find street parking and come into the apartment to get the garage door opener first in order to park in the garage.Huge closet in bedroom but only 4 hangers and no dresser. Washing machine was messed up and we needed to push down on the lid in just the right spot for it to lock and go through its cycle. Only found out about that after we messaged the Leasee. Maintenance came about another issue while we were out and they reprogrammed to fob so we were locked out of the apartment because the Leasing agent said they were not allowed to give us the key since we were not on the lease. We were locked out for more than a hour while the leasee sent someone to get the new fob. A block away from train tracks and their screeching brake noises. That might not be a problem if you are a city person. On the plus side, unit is close to a supermarket, bank and cafes. Unit is clean and new.

Great location! Easy to walk to surrounding attractions and restaurants. Clean and comfortable space in secure building. My travel partner was disappointed there wasnt a hair dryer to use, but beyond that it had everything we needed!

We couldn't find a blow dryer nor a blanket in the apartment so we bought both. There isn't a typical " Welcome Binder"' explaining all the amenities like gym, deluxe coffee bar in lobby or anything so guests are left to " figure it out".The apartment is located next to the train track and can be heard running all night long. However the apartment was clean, neat and safe. Getting in and out was simple and well explained. Overall 3/5.
