This is a lovely property with a wonderful attentive landlord. It does have floor to ceiling windows, great views, but not sure how small child friendly is. Location was great, too, very walkable to great restaurants, museums, and highly recommend the Denver art museum and Clyfford Still museum. Highly recommend going into nearby Union Station, too, with its ambience, old architecture, and good food choices and GREAT coffee-pastry (savory and sweet).

Spacious and clean with all the modern appointments this apartment is very conveniently located to Union Station and downtown/Coors Field area. The views through large windows from the 16th floor are wonderful. Everything you need for a weekend or week long visit to Denver.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable, with great views of the city. The kitchen was better stocked than a typical rental. It was an easy 10 minute walk to Coors Field.

The location was outstanding near Larimer Square and other downtown attractions. The apartment was very spacious with views in three directions. The kitchen was large and functional and we did cook there. The TV is enormous and we enjoyed watching football and other shows. The second bathroom is small(especially the shower) but functional. We had some plumbing issues but the host dealt with it promptly and to our satisfaction. We would stay there again if in Denver.

The condo was so clean, in a perfect location and had lots of room for three adults. James was an amazing host, he replied to questions very fast and was extremely accommodating. We wanted to stay longer, however we had other plans. This is definitely a great place for a large group and a long stay - so comfortable with all the amenities. Thanks again James!

Two business partners stayed in this property while attending a conference in Denver. The place worked great! We really enjoyed the space and the location (blocks from Coors Field) was perfect! We enjoyed the secure building and the views are amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

James' apartment is in an ideal location in downtown Denver, and is close to numerous restaurants, parks, sports venues, museums, the Civic Center, and many other places worth visiting. The apartment is as clean as any we have rented. It is in a quiet and secure part of Denver, and on a high floor with great views. The host provided everything needed for our stay. Parking was also provided, and the front desk in the lobby was attended around the clock, which was very helpful. I will be renting again if we return to Denver.

Wonderful Stay

We came here for a softball trip for my oldest daughter. You are literally in the heart of Denver and close to everything. Even though it’s a two bedroom our family of 5 was extremely comfortable. The place is very spacious and clean and the view is amazing. The place has everything you need to feel right at home. The owner reached out to make sure check in process went smoothly. You get an assigned parking spot and the garage is secure so we didn’t worry about anything being stolen from our car. We stayed 7 days so having a washer and dryer and a full kitchen that is fully stocked was a plus.

My adult son and I spent four nights recently. Perfect, safe location with attendants at the front lobby 24/7. James was easy and quick to communicate with. The condo has lots of room, very clean and has wonderful views. Enjoyed it very much.

Had a wonderful experience staying here during our trip to Denver! The apartment is beautiful -- extremely well maintained with everything you could need and great views of downtown. Denver Vacation

We visited Denver for a volleyball tournament taking place at the convention center. Perfect location! We went to Evergreen Mountains (40 minutes away. I took my son to Meow Wolf, I think I enjoyed it more than he did. James was a great host, very responsive. The place was amazing! Amazing views! Many restaurants and stores within walking distance. We really enjoyed 16th street Mall! 5 stars!
