The Waikiki Banyan Resort has been and recently renovated and now includes: Banyan Breeze Coffee Shop with internet access, convenience store stocked with all the necessities you will need, an enormous 6th floor recreation deck with heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, showers, kids playstructure, tennis court (we have rackets and balls in unit for your use),basketball court, a children's playground with slides and tunnels, propane grills and picnic area and an ever popular poolside lunch/snack bar with some delicious shaved ice on hand.

As an added bonus, we have our unit well equipped for any adventure you might take during your stay. Some of these many items include: newly added wi-fi in unit, pool toys and equipment,boogie boards, amazing backpack style beach chairs with coolers, sand toys, snorkel gear,tennis rackets and balls and sand free beach mats. Laundry services are a just steps down the hall and super convenient. We also have a brand new flat screen TV with cable, VCR/DVD player,tons of DVD movies for adults and kids, CD/I-Pod player with dock and auxilary cord, and plenty of high end quality linens...something you won't find in other vacation rentals!

Not only does this resort have full-time security, we offer our guests free parking which at some resorts can run $25+/day. The ocean views from this unit are simply amazing. Located facing the quieter side of the building on the 28th floor, you will enjoy gorgeous sunsets, be able to check the surf and yet still have views of the majestic Manoa Valley Mountain Range, one of the most famous golf courses in the world and the Ala Wai Canal.

We have stocked our condo with quality linens, plenty of paper products for kitchen and bathroom and a nice variety of kitchenware. About Owner

Having businesses in Waikiki, we wanted to purchase a condo our family could stay in while we were in town. We saw units in EVERY building in Waikiki and by far, The Waikiki Banyan had to most to offer, the best resort style vacation feel and yet the comforts of home. We visit every 2 months to make sure all the supplies you need are available, add many new things every time. As well, we have another new condo in the same tower with amazing ocean and mountain views! Here's a recent photo of our kids night swimming at the heated pool on 6th floor...and the temperature at night is a balmy 78F degrees!

Centrally located to everything...no need for a car! Also, no need to spend money on things for your trip...we have a closet full of stuff for your stay. We also provide DVDs, games, books, magazines and everything else you will need for your stay. Pack light, our second home has all the comforts of home plus more!

Paradise in the sky

We have stayed at the Waikiki Banyan for years. The Plumeria Suite is one of the nicest units we have been in. Very comfortable beds and living area furniture. The fully equipped kitchen and many beach items were greatly appreciated. When we found that our departing flight had been changed to an evening departure I contacted Tiffany about a later check out time. Her response was quick. She allowed us a longer stay so we were not sitting in the airport all day. Tiffany was wonderful to work with; we were so pleased with the Plumeria Suite that we have already booked our next stay there. If you enjoy Waikiki, but want to be out of the city hustle and bustle Tiffany's Plumeria Suite at the Waikiki Banyan is an excellent choice.

Loved the view! Waking up to that every day.

Great to have the beach gear! Would suggest a couple sets of fins to go with the goggles and snorkel. Great location to everything! Free parking was awesome. Can't wait to come back!

Check-in, stay and check-out instructions clearly laid out. Two thumbs up.

The Haller's condominium is clean, quiet, well-equipped and well-stocked. It is a short one block walk to famous Waikiki and right down the block from St. Augustine by the Sea Catholic Church.

If you choose not to rent a car, the Honolulu bus system is easy to understand and user friendly with a bus stop just outside Tower 1 where the condominium is located.

Thank you for the Aloha hospitality, Tiffany. We'll definitely be back to rent your condominium.

Fantastic stay.😊

This condo is so close to the beach, a pleasant walk. Tiffany is wonderful to work with . She responds very quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We have stayed at her condo previously. The condo is well equipped from cooking supplies, dishes and everything you need for the beach. We have always felt that Tiffany has her tenants best interest at heart. The farmers market at the community college is a must. It's about a 20 minute walk from the condo . Costco is a great place to shop if staying for a little while. PF Chang's is a great place to go eat during happy hours. Lettuce wraps are awesome! We had a great time and will be back. It's so nice when you rent from people who are there for you with any questions and concerns and ready to help. Mahalo. Until we return🌴😎🍍

Our 5th stay here...AMAZING property!

What can I say, this property is by far the best in the building. We have been staying at the Waikiki Banyan for over 20 years. Before finding Tiffany's condo we were satisfied to a degree with the other units but never super happy with the quality and extra goodies her property has. It's clear she really cares about her guests and making sure they are happy (and save money too!).

The views are the best we have seen. The remodeled kitchen and bedroom is exceptional. This unit is the biggest we have stayed in too. Most of the places we stayed at were the original kitchen and had terribly uncomfortable furniture. Not only that, they charged more per night! Tiffany is so sweet to include cooler bags, tennis rackets and balls, sand toys, beach chairs, snorkel gear, umbrellas, etc. The place is stocked with DVDs, board games but we really enjoy the SmartTV to watch netflix and download movies from our Amazon account. We just love it here and are so happy they share this place with others. You will not be disappointed!
