Escape to Hammock House, a modern retreat just 5 minutes from Tamarindo Beach, offering breathtaking valley and mountain views. Designed for privacy, relaxation, and outdoor living, this custom-built home is perfect for families or groups of up to 7 guests.
Whether you're relaxing in a hammock, grilling on the terrace, or exploring the nearby beaches, Hammock House is the perfect home base for your Tamarindo adventure!
Expansive Terrace & Outdoor Living – A massive terrace with a BBQ area, ample prep space, and an outdoor half-bathroom, perfect for enjoying Costa Rica’s beautiful weather.
Infinity Pool & Stunning Views – Lounge by the pool while taking in unforgettable valley and mountain landscapes.
Spacious & Modern Layout – Two separate buildings offer both privacy and togetherness:
Main House: Master bedroom & bathroom, fully equipped custom kitchen, and cozy living room.
Guest House: Two additional bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, just steps away for added privacy.
One of the bedrooms is equipped with a desk and chair, providing a comfortable workspace for remote work. Enjoy stunning views from either bedroom or while working at the large dining table on the terrace.
Quiet Neighborhood, Close to Everything – Located in a peaceful area, yet just a short drive to Tamarindo’s restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops.

✅ Fully Equipped Kitchen – Modern appliances, utensils & dining table for 8
✅ Laundry – Washer & dryer available
✅ Parking – Gated parking for 1 car, plus street parking for another
A car is recommended as the home is perched on a hill, providing stunning views.
Taxis are easily accessible with a short walk.
Quick access to Tamarindo Beach (5 min drive) and a direct road leading to other stunning beaches within 20-30 minutes.
• Quiet hours after 8:00 pm.
• No more than the registered # of guests
- guests can have up to 2 visitors during the day only until 7pm
• Only listed guests are allowed to stay past 7:00 pm.
• Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night's rate.
• Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
• In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
