Premier Lakefront 3BR condo in Osage Beach Elevator, boat slip & trailer parking

Escape to this superb condo in picturesque Osage Beach. With 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, this cozy retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The condo overlooks the lake, peaceful state park and is located close to many restaurants and bars by land and water. Our complex has 3 pools, one of which is in front of the condo. We have a 12 X 30 slip available for $30/nt. Trailer parking is available at no cost on a secondary lot. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE CONDO. IF SMOKING ON THE DECK, THE SLIDER MUST BE CLOSED. ADDTL $100 CLEANING FEE WILL BE ADDED FOR SMOKE SMELL IN UNIT.
25 TO BOOK. NO BACHELOR OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES. NO LOUD PARTIES. IF SECURITY IS CALLED THE FINE WILL BE PASSED ALONG TO THE GUEST. No outside guest.
Check out is 10 am, we have cleaning crew that will be there at check out time.

Awesome condo unit, lake view was outstanding. Total package, grill on patio to cook some steaks or the days fresh catch. The condo owner (Marty) made check in and check out super easy! Highly recommend, and will be returning for future visits.
