Great location, very close to the beach, but the rental unit needs work. The furniture is somewhat dated, and the beds are very uncomfortable.The kitchen is nicely equipped and the AC works very well.

We had a great time at 21 Collins Avenue! As a family of four, with two kids under the age of 13, this location was perfect for us. Enough room for everyone to stay comfortably, with a prime location for everything fun in Dewey Beach and public beach access. If you want to wake up in the morning and catch a sunrise, you walk out the front door and take a short walk right to the beautiful and clean beach. Or do you want to catch a sunset? All you have to do is walk across the street and see the beautiful sights on the sound. The condo was charming and had a lovely beach vibe. We spent time sitting on the screened-in front porch every morning and evening. Another plus was the in-house laundry, especially with two kids and a beach within walking distance. If you're looking for a reasonably priced family vacation where you can spend as much time as you want on the beach, this is the place for you. With Rehoboth Beach and the boardwalk nearby, as well as Lewes, you will always be able to find something to do. We hope to come back someday!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It wasn't my best vacation. the place needs some TLC
