The Schulenburg Ranch Retreat accommodates up to 17 guests using both primary and additional sleeping accommodations.
Sleeping accommodations include:

Our ranch sits on 27 natural acres in the heart of Texas. Despite regular professional pest control, occasional insects and wildlife are a normal part of country living.
We intentionally preserve the property’s natural grasses, mature trees, ponds, and rural landscape to maintain its authentic Texas ranch character rather than a manicured resort setting.
Water & Utilities
The home is supplied by a private well with a water softening system, providing clean, fresh water throughout your stay.
The property also operates on a private septic system. To help us protect it, please flush only toilet paper and avoid disposing of wipes, paper towels, feminine products, grease, or other non-flushable items.
Safety
Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property for guest safety and property security. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas.
Children should always be supervised outdoors, especially near the pond and throughout the property due to natural terrain.
