Dette 3 soveværelser + hems / 3. 5 baders strandhus ligger i en spektakulær beliggenhed, cykelafstand fra stranden.
Det ligger i Heritage Woods-afsnittet i Sea Pines Plantation - lige ved stien til stranden (kun femten minutters gang eller en fem minutters cykeltur).
Dette hus ligger midt i en maritim skov. Hjort og dyreliv løber frit gennem vores baghave. Vores bagdæk løber husets længde og er perfekt til grill. En stor lagune accenter omgivelserne og tilbyder udsigt over vandet inde i og uden for huset.

Denne maleriske omgivelser er beliggende i et varmt og venligt kvarter i Sea Pines. Cykelstier omgiver kvarteret, hvilket gør adgang til stranden tilgængelig på få minutter. Det er også en meget kort cykeltur til Harbour Town mod vest og til South Beach Marina mod syd.

Den nærliggende Sea Pines Beach Club har en strandbutik, restaurant og udendørs grill, en udendørs tropisk bar og aftenunderholdning. Der er to adgangsstier til stranden, der er tættere (se kort), og som tilbyder ocean ro og strandskønhed langs nogle af de mest værdifulde boliger på hele øen.

En rolig udsigt over lagunen byder dig velkommen fra alle vinkler i og omkring huset. Hjemmet har nye trægulve, et flisebelagt køkken, to soveværelser, første sales suiter, en spisestue, et spisekøkken, en afskærmet veranda, en pejs og katedrallofter - alt på første sal. Ovenpå er der det tredje soveværelse, hemsen og et komplet badeværelse.

Første sal har en åben og lys planløsning med masser af vinduer og ovenlys. Stuen har et hvælvet loft, dobbelt skydedøre til dækket, en loftventilator og en pejs. Spisesalen er separat, men åben mod stuen. Det fuldt udstyrede gourmetkøkken er helt flisebelagt og har et stort drivhusvindue. Der er en køkkenbar, der adskiller køkkenet fra morgenmads- og opholdsområdet. Køkkenet har masser af vinduer; og det åbner på den afskærmede veranda.
Et stort vaskerum med spisekammer er uden for køkkenet. Pulverrummet på første sal er væk fra vaske- og køkkenområdet.

Beliggende i Bicycle Heaven er der 4 voksne cykler klar til at tage dig med på de sikre, dedikerede cykelstier overalt i Sea Pines.

Bright and welcoming

Lovely setting with bright living/ dining area opening to deck. Great eat in kitchen with an attached screen in porch. Lovely hideaway during pollen season and ready for spring blooms and activities all around!

Well Appointed

This place, which was pet friendly, had everything you need including 3 full bathrooms and 1/2 one off the kitchen. Full laundry room, great kitchen. Everything was spot on. For pets, it would have been nice to have a fence around the back so they could get our without having to worry about being alligator bate! Also, an indoor mop, would have been helpful. Just one from the Dollar Tree--a sponge mop. Otherwise it couldn't have been better. Thank you for sharing your home.

A not so enjoyable rental

Reviewer Comments: The house was clean,the interior comfortable, sufficient kitchen gadgets and dishes; my 1 month stay could have been enjoyable but living next to a construction site where hammering,drilling ,sawing started 9AM killed that expectation;the daily disturbance kept me from ever sitting on the deck. the only "walk"in shower which was in the loft reachable by a steep staircase reminded me of the telephone booth on subway platforms years ago ; they were larger than the shower at 26 Gunnery Lane ! Guests with dogs need to bring a flashlight when walking at night, street is pitch black ; I love Hilton Head and shall return, but I'll be more careful which agency to contact . I must commend Island Rentals maintenace person ; I had a problem with the TV and he came within 15 minutes.

The home is roomy enough for our small family and two dogs, with just enough space for everyone to have their own. While the home could use some updates, it was clean and very well maintained. The location is perfect for a quick bike ride to the beach, and it's also an easy ride to South Beach and Harbourtown. Bikes are included at this rental, which we took full advantage of. I would definitely recommend this place, and would welcome the opportunity to stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for my family! We had our two adult children join us with their significant others and everyone had their privacy- including their own bathrooms. A large living room gave us a lot of space to spread out for movie nights. The kitchen is also large and accommodating. The gem of the house though is the screened porch. From the early morning coffees watching sea birds to lazy afternoon’s watching alligators float by, the screened porch was everybody’s favorite. The beds/mattresses are so comfortable! And every room and the screened porch has a paddle fan- which was super important because we were there during the intense heat wave. The house is a 10 minute walk to the beach and comes with great beach chairs and 4 bikes. The 4 bikes, to my surprise, turned out to be integral to our stay. Everyone enjoyed them and used them off and on all day long. Just a couple of notes: pay good attention to the instructions on the refrigerator. They are chock full of important info- especially if you need extra bikes - use the one recommended on the fridge. They should add to instructions NOT to put garbage can out front for pick up. The only other thing I’d add is that turning on the paddle fan on the screen porch can be tricky- but don’t give up - it works! and is the difference between a useable/non useable porch. Overall I would recommend this house. It’s a bit dated, probably most evident in the bathrooms, but it was CLEAN and everything, including appliances, worked perfectly. We have zero complaints. As the person that chose this house, I was quite happy with it- especially in light of the intense heat, as it served as a comfortable respite and gathering place for my family.

Not very clean

The house was not clean when we arrived. Dog hair everywhere, toilets dirty, and silverware not cleaned. My wife and I cleaned the house ourselves. I lost confidence in the cleaning staff. I expected better from VRBO.

We found unwashed dishes and silverwear so we had to re-wash all dishes...Need a new trash company, the trash cans were full upon arrival and missed both pickup days during our stay. Other than that, the house is amazing. Thanks!

Hilton Head Stay

We have vacationed in Hilton Head for many years staying at different properties. This property was one of our favorites. The kitchen was very spacious and very well equipped. The living area is fantastic, very spacious with ample seating. The bedrooms were all nicely decorated and spacious. The deck area was very nice with 2 tables and many chairs. The neighborhood was beautiful. It was very quiet and private. This was one of our favorite properties and we will definitely rent again if available.

A great pet friendly home!

This property was perfect for our group of five. A great community with convenient trail access right on the street. We liked the layout and spacious living area of the house, as well as the deck and screened porch. A nice walk, or an easy bike to the beach access. A great pet friendly home!

The bicycles were great...we biked all over Sea Pines the whole week. The only hiccup was that we had the wrong WiFi password, but the property manager came out the evening we arrived to fix the problem. We couldn’t have asked for a better response.

Super place in Sea Pines

The property was clean upon arrival, and had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 dogs. Kitchen had all of the dishes and cooking items needed for a week's stay. Everything in the house was in good working order. No issues. Easy drive to Coligny beach area for shopping.Property management company did a nice job with arrival instructions, payments, and the app.

Great Location , house outdated and not clean.

Great location , short bike ride to the beach, nice neighborhoods. Beach chairs and bikes provided. House is pretty outdated and some things don’t work properly such as patio doors, shower knobs. House was pretty dirty, thick dust covering the shelves and small object, cobwebs over the bedroom lamps, old, stained bedding.

In need of deep cleaning

Feet got black walking barefoot. Shower corners and kitchen faucet with mold . Very spacious with cute decor. Grill was a plus. Beds have reached their lifetime! Nice neighborhood. Has potential but wouldn’t rent again without needed improvements.

Nice location yet quiet

Spacious home, we were promised 2 bikes but there were 4 - thank you. Lots of natural light. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well appointed. Deck could use more comfortable seating but we enjoyed the grill. Great place for us.

The location is great--at the end of a culdesac--and secluded enough to be quiet during the day and night. The kitchen is well stocked and the furnishings are nice. It could use a bit of updating (kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities), but everything is clean enough and in working condition. Lots of space to spread out and perfect for a family of three and two dogs.

The bike path is literally 5 houses away, and its about a 4 minute ride to the beach. The screened in porch, with a new ceiling fan and table and chairs, was great for playing games and eating, with a view of the lagoon. The kitchen and laundry room are very spacious, allowing for meal prep and food storage. The upstairs "loft" and bedroom/bath was a perfect place for my teenage daughter and friend to have a hangout of their own. We did not use the back deck as summer mosquitos did not allow us to, plus we have a small dog and lagoon has alligators in it. One note to owner, please make outdoor faucet with hose more accessible by simply trimming the foliage in front of it a bit! Overall I highly recommend this home. Large, well laid out and comfortable for a family with kids who are old enough to ride bikes to beach independently. I suggest renting a "bike wagon hitch" to easily transport chairs and innertubes back and forth to the beach. The 4 chairs and bikes provided with the home are a BIG bonus!
