Amazing vacation! The location is fantastic with a 10 min walk to the beach. The house provides us with everything we needed and we loved the sun porch to sip our coffee in each morning, and hearing and watching the many birds. We were so grateful for this trip - we love South Carolina!

Very spacious and comfortable

We loved this property. The putting green steps away from the back door was a huge selling point and the inside was spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to prepare meals and having the bonus sunroom made traveling with the kids very convenient. I feel the walk to the beach was a bit further than was conveyed in the listing, but still walkable and we really enjoyed our stay.

Grateful to stay again in our favorite villa in SeaPines!

Enjoyed another wonderful stay at our favorite villa in SeaPines. We love that this villa is located close to the beach for easy access. Our favorite feature of this villa is the Carolina Room which overlooks the lagoon and putting green next to hole #4 Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. This villa is well cared for, clean and beautifully decorated. All the beds are very comfortable. Grateful again for a lovely stay here with family where memories will be treasured forever.

Incredibly Clean, Well Stocked and The View!

We have been coming to HHI and staying in Sea Pines for many years and this was the nicest, cleanest and most comfortable condo we have stayed in! The Host communicated very and everything was as advertised or better! We look forward to staying here again next year!

Close to beach

This condo is the fourth one we have rented in Sea Pines and it was by far the best. We chose it because of its proximity to the beach and the sunroom. We spent most our time in the sunroom and it was very relaxing. Everything was so clean and neat. The decore was beautiful. We loved watching the birds and the golfers and the short walk to the mostly private beach. We loved it!!! Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay in Sea Pines. Susan and Roger

Impromptu Getaway

Wonderful stay loved the comfy bed, the location we biked to the preserve and beach, loved we could bring our dog.. Couches are not as comfy.

Beautiful Home in Sea Pines

We loved this well equipped home! It was comfortable and has a beautiful view out to a lagoon and golf course. It’s a short walk to the beach!

Nice Stay

The floorplan of this villa is very welcoming and comfortable. We loved the sunroom for watching the birds and gators in the lake as well as the putting green - it was nice to sit outside as well.

Home with everything

Beautiful home, spacious wit lovely enclosed sun room that looks out at creek and golf course. Fun to watch the egrets, turtle, gators! And woof stork from here at breakfast. Didn't use kitchenuch but fridge has great ice maker and cold water on door. Lovely fans everywhere Beautiful trees with Spanish moss, other plantings I'm s bit handicapped so getting to beach was not real easy, but got up early and got parking at 9 am at South Beach and also took trolley to get there.

Great Location

We absolutely loved the location near the putting green, lagoon, and tease of the fourth hole. It was so fun to walk to the beach, and a good distance, not too far. It was lovely to be on one level, and have a glass room to enjoy all the wildlife. Everything was ideal.

Another Excellent Stay at this Favorite Villa

We are becoming regulars at this wonderful villa in Fairway Villas. Love the walking distance to the beach, the putting green closeby and the Carolina room and its wonderful view. Bringing more family with us in the spring 2024, can't wait. Excellent property!

Well Equipped with Golf View

The check in was easy and the unit is clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. The bikes were available but we did not have an opportunity to use them due to the weather. The golf view is nice. Appreciate a pet friendly stay on HHI. The king size mattress could use an upgrade.

Simply Wonderful!

Great location a block from the beach. Villa had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Lagoon view with plenty of wildlife. Restaurants all within close proximity. Owner immediately responded to a call. Took lovely bike rides through moss covered pines. Can’t wait to go back!

Return to our Favorite!

We enjoyed a return visit to 70 Fairway which is a solid favorite place of ours in Sea Pines. It was lovely to share this villa with our parents from UK who have fallen in love with it just as we have. We loved walks to the beach, golfing, fishing in the Sea Pines Nature Preserve, and enjoying the views from the Carolina room eating take outs from our favorite restaurants. Highly recommend this wonderful villa run very well by Jessica.

PERFECT

Loved this home! The view from the sunroom is beautiful, beach is about a 10 minute walk, the bikes were a plus and the home is sparkling clean! They have everything in the home you can think of. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed on the island, we cannot wait to return!

Great location

Owner very responsive to 2 minor issues. Location is great! Loved the sunroom area. Plenty kitchen utensils. Easy bike to the beach. Beautiful setting on the golf course. Lagoon out back for some fishing.
