The Space

This home is special—a blend of style, comfort, and thoughtful design. Recently remodeled from top to bottom, the unit features all-new appliances, furniture, lighting, flooring, linens, and amenities. We prioritized natural, organic finishes and cozy touches to create a space that feels inviting and easy to live in.

The layout works beautifully for different group sizes and activities. Luxurious robes and complimentary slippers are provided, making trips to the heated pool and hot tub effortless.

The main living room centers around a cozy fireplace—perfect for games, movies, hockey nights, or relaxed conversation. Expanded cable and Netflix are provided, along with games and activities. Off the dining room, a private balcony overlooks the park with pub-style seating, mountain views, and an infrared BBQ.

The kitchen is bright, open, spotless, and fully stocked for entertaining or home cooking. Coffee, tea, essentials, and full tableware are all provided.

Each bedroom includes luxury linens, robes, slippers, and premium pillows and duvets. Bathrooms come stocked with soaps, shampoos, hairdryers, curling irons, and travel essentials.

For outdoor fun, we offer sleds, snowshoes, umbrellas, two portable outdoor chairs, bocce ball, a football, and a frisbee.

Traveling with little ones? We provide a pack-n-play, high chair, and baby gate (note: stairs lead to the unit, so please consider safety for young children).

Concierge Service

You’ll have access to a complimentary concierge, Shirley, who ensures the home is warm and welcoming upon arrival. She can pre-purchase lift tickets, arrange groceries, secure reservations, and offer personalized recommendations—saving you valuable time. She’ll reach out after booking to introduce herself. We’re also available anytime by phone or email.

Location

Sunpath at Stoney Creek is a classic Whistler favorite—and our location is hard to beat.

The entire Village sits right outside the front door, as do charming parks and the Valley Trail. Once you park in the secure garage, you can easily explore the whole Village and Upper Village on foot. It’s a quick 5-minute walk to everything, including the lifts, and a complimentary shuttle stops just outside Stoney Creek if you prefer a ride.

For a scenic stroll, take the “stone path” by the waterfall and through Florence Peterson Park—a peaceful trail with creek views, lawn games in summer, and a small sledding hill in winter.

When we first began looking for property, we thought we wanted ski-in/ski-out. But after many ski days, we realized we almost never skied back to the unit—instead, we always ended up at après and then had to hike uphill home. Being able to walk downhill to our home after skiing and après quickly became our preferred luxury! And if you want a lift drop-off, the shuttle across the street takes you there in about 5 minutes.

Late check-out without approval incurs $200/hour due to strict cleaning timelines

Quiet hours enforced by Strata security and RCMP—fees apply if they respond to complaints

Great location steps away from the village. The home was equipped with extras which was thoughtful and our kids had a great time going to the pool everyday. Jill and Shirley were responsive and helpful in suggesting activities and restaurants and we had a great trip!

This location was such an incredible find. It is so close to so much in Whistler, and you can easily walk to the village and to the slopes. Jill did such an incredible job ensuring we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. We can't recommend this place enough!

Wonderful Stay

The condo was perfect. Well appointed and included everything we needed. The robes are a plus and the hot tub was great after a day of hiking. You can walk to everything in the Village. The concierge was extremely helpful.

The best of Sunpath=the best of Whistler

I’ve been renting in Whistler for twenty years with the same group of friends. We all agree this is one of the nicest Sunpath units we’ve stayed in so far. Well equipped, quiet and comfy. And Sunpath is well-known for its central location and superb amenities. If it fits your budget, book without hesitation!

Wonderful property!

We stayed with our family of 5, which includes 3 teens/young adults. The location is fantastic with easy access to the village and slopes, and the property itself was very clean and stocked with all the basic supplies as well as some really nice extras. The owner was great with communication, and a free concierge service provided with the rental helped us figure out a number of details to help make skiing at a new place very smooth. I highly recommend this property!

Excellent property

This was the perfect size for our family of 5. The property manager and owner were both excellent to deal with and responded quickly. The location is great, right across from Hys steakhouse, and the hot tub and pool were lovely! The townhouse was clean and was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies. Check in was easy and directions were clear. We will definitely rent this property again. Thanks Shirley and the McCormicks for a wonderful stay!!

Superb location, very clean

Location: Definitely walkable to the Village Gondola, even in boots. Complex was *directly* across the street from the free shuttle bus stop if you don't walk to walk. Lots of walkable shopping, food and coffee.The unit was very clean and well maintained. The entry area was well equipped for snow gear and wet boots.The reserved parking space was a bit snug, but it was nice to have. One suggestion: the reserved parking spot is closer to the unit than the guest parking. You might want to unload your car from the reserved spot.

Perfect Stay

Absolutely loved our stay at this rental property! The location was perfect, situated right across the street from the Village. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it difficult to leave them in the mornings! What really set this rental apart was how well-stocked it was. From kitchen gadgets to bathroom essentials, this place had everything you could possibly need for your stay. It was such a relief not to have to worry about forgetting something essential. Overall, I can't recommend this rental property enough. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this place has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Excellent location, lovely condo

Lovely 3 bedroom Condo in an excellent location. A very quick & easy walk to the Whistler supermarket which happens to be right next door to the liquor store :) If you have bikes or rent them it is a great location to start off from. Kitchen is well stocked, & the bbq works well. We started with hamburgers so that we could get an idea of how the heat works & finished our stay with steaks so got the hang of the infrared heat pretty quickly. Deer & Bear room beds are extremely cozy & the boys didn’t complain about the bunk beds so I’ll assume those were comfy too. Spent hours at the pool, which was very clean everyday. The complex gardens are well kept & the game of bocce we had out on the front lawn of the condo was a lot of fun. Not the small lawn but the large one with hills & bumps galore. Be prepared to look for the balls though. I can see that this would be a great place to stay anytime of the year. We were just there 7/13-16

Great Getaway!

Whistler Getaway

Great 3-bedroom condo in the heart of the village. In close proximity to the mountains, restaurants, grocery stores and all the village has to offer - while still maintaining great privacy and a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle. Jill was an exceptional host, very responsive and accommodating. We will return! The pictures are accurate and the property is well maintained. The appliances are all new and the furnishings are great. The beds are quite comfortable and the space was well suited for our family of 5.

Great Family getaway

Very clean and presentable. Easy communication with everyone. The instructions were detailed and complete. Fantastic location..we could walk everywhere in a few minutes. Pool and hot tub awesome. If I would add anything, it would have been a little more convenient to have 2 fobs for the parking gate as we had 2 cars but everything was perfect. Highly recommend this condo :)

Hi, we are Jill and Dick McCormick from Seattle Washington!

We have three grown kids, and some city chickens. We are currently between dogs :(
When we are in Whistler, we love to spend our time skiing, hiking, enjoying good food, beer, wine, and being outdoors. We call Seattle home and love having a place in the mountains we can go enjoy Whistler and all that this special place has to offer.

We are always exploring new things in Whistler and have yet to conquer them all. We love skiing and snowshoeing, and we have been ice fishing, zip lining, dog sledding, ATV-ing, hiking, mountain biking and concerts all season long. We are trying to eat at every dining option, but it is proving to be a challenge!

We look forward to welcoming you as our guest in this wonderful resort!

After our first visit to Whistler, we knew we wanted to own a vacation home there.

Our main focus in the beginning was finding a "ski in - ski out" property which limited us to the upper village. After a few ski trips up, we realized that we RARELY skied in....we always skied to apres in the village and then found ourselves hiking back up to the property or trying to catch that one last lift. We quickly decided that the main village was the place for us. We looked at a few properties IN the village, but wanted a place where we could find some peace in the evening, but walking distance to everything.

Sunpath is the perfect fit! Right in the center of the village, a short walk to the lifts or a 4-5 minute bus ride. Quiet and peaceful in the evening, but walk across the street to enjoy the Whistler night life.

Drive in, park your car and you won't need it again. Everything is outside your door.

The way our property is oriented, it gives a sense of living in a home with a yard as the park is just outside our front door. We enjoy picnics, games and watching the snow fall, leaves change and the sun bounce off the mountains from our deck.

It is a magical property and we feel lucky to own it, and happy to share it with our guests.

The hot tub and heated pool are fun community places to enjoy after a great day on the mountain, or a long hike.

Slip on your complimentary slippers and robes, and walk the 15 or so steps to the pool gate. Close enough to walk to, but far enough to not be bothered by other guests "really" enjoying the pool!

Walk or bus to the slopes, it only takes a few minutes.

Park your car - you won't need it.

Outside your door, a park!

Dining, drinking, dancing, shopping, entertainment, exercise, rentals, everything you can think of is right outside the door.

Our home has been updated and remodeled. Everything is of the highest quality linens and bedding. We take hosting seriously and have made the unit very accommodating for a variety of guest configurations. Easy to entertain in the main spaces and the bedrooms are on the other side of the unit. Fully stocked kitchen, full time concierge....this is a pretty special space.
