The house is perfectly set up for an amazing stay. There were a bunch of toys and books to keep the kids entertained so we had a chance to catch up with our friends.

Clean, well stocked, great communication with the host. Only location issue is that the street is a bit busy but absolutely not a problem. No yard space but indoor space and small deck is great. Very comfortable location. Easy to get to waterfront and stadiums.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming Seattle home. The house itself is warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed—exactly the kind of place you’re happy to come back to after a day of exploring. The location is fantastic, set in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that still made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.What really set this stay apart, though, was the hospitality. Chris and Julie made us feel genuinely welcome, and the thoughtful touches made a big impression—especially the two little Christmas trees, which added such a cozy, festive feel and made our stay feel extra special. This home has heart, comfort, and a great sense of place. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable Seattle stay.
