This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the sixth floor, located in the middle of the building overlooking both the ocean pier and swimming pool with great open living area. Tastefully furnished and uniquely decorated.

Master bedroom has a king bed and bath has a walk in shower, the second bedroom has one double and the third bedroom has two twins. There is a full size washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. The living room has a new Panasonic 50" HDTV with Blu Ray DVD and Universal Controller. The Master Bedroom has a TV and DVD available that will 'upconvert' regular DVDs to 1080p. The kitchen is equipped with all new stainless steel appliances.

The balcony has comfortable seating for you to relax and enjoy an unobtrusive view of the pier and ocean. All units at Amelia by the Sea are direct oceanfront with private balconies on upper units or patios on ground floor unit. Occupants have access to a private fishing pier (NO license required) and large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex.

Amelia By the Sea is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit.

Important Notice:
We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.

The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.

Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

We truly appreciate your patience as we enhance the property, and we hope you'll enjoy a great value stay in a freshly updated building!

Gorgeous view

This condo was very clean and well furnished. The sunrise is gorgeous. We enjoyed the pool and the beach during our stay and both were very well kept.

spacious and beautiful

We enjoyed our week at beautiful Amelia Island with our daughter and grandchildren. The balcony view was wonderful and provided shade from the afternoon sun. The grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The unit was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The washing machine might need replacing; it gets out of balance real bad every time, even when we make sure we load appropriately .

Unclean and outdated

1. The owner never responded to my Vrbo messages, I had to google the property to find the contact and ask questions. 2. The apartment is old and needs repair, my daughter got hit on the head by the fallen closet door on the first day we got there. 3. The apartment is messy with lots of random items, like old tiles, rugs, rusted beaches chairs and used kids toys. Kitchenwares are dirty and messy, I had to wash and clean everything before use. ( my husband was joking that I became a cleaning maid on our vacation). If you are looking for a place on the beach, it’s okay. But with the amount of money we have paid for this property, it’s definitely not worth it.

Mother-Daughter Weekend

Nice, spacious condo with porch overlooking the ocean. Kitchen supplied with the basics. One bedroom trash can hadn't been emptied when we got there, and there were tile supplies propped against the wall. Clean. Some of the pillows were lumpy.

Great Condo

This condo was just what I was looking for. It easily accommodated my group. There were renovations going on, so one morning my children were awakened by a jack hammering noise coming through the walls. If there are more than 4 people staying, you might want to bring extra towels and wash clothes. I would stay here again.
