Beautiful views, clean, but water had awful sulfur smell.
The unit was clean and furnished adequately. The unit had not been used in awhile, I assume. When we turned on water for shower the entire unit was consumed with a terrible smell. As we learned to let the water run a bit, the smell decreased. However it was annoying to have the oder. We bought air freshener and candles to help. I would not return to this unit.

We are so sorry to hear that your rental experience did not meet your expectations. At times it can be common for coastal properties to have a sulfur smell from the water. We will investigate as to why it did not dissipate during your stay as it should have. Thank you for your feedback.

The condo was we’ll equipped. Clean and comfortable. It’s right on the beach and convenient to town.
I give it four stars only because it isn’t pet friendly. We have two very well behaved, tiny dogs that go everywhere with us. Thankfully my twin sister and her husband kept them for us. We love Coral Sands and have stayed at the complex many times, but was by VRBO and that unit sold. I understand totally that the owners don’t want pets in their unit. Some folks aren’t as responsible as they should be. I would definitely recommend this, but I will try to book a different place so we can bring our dogs.
There wasn’t any drawer space for clothes in the master bedroom. That was kind of a surprise. Thankfully it was just the two of us so we unpacked in the other bedroom.

Thank you for your feedback and for understanding about the pets. We do offer a large variety of properties that are pet friendly, so next time, give us a call and we will see if we can find a place for you and your puppies!
We love the location and that it's pet friendly. We love the condo complex and have stayed before, but not in this unit. We won't stay in it again. Unfortunately, sleep was almost nil. The mattresses were horrible. My husband even took a mattress off a twin bed and put it on the floor. The washing machine sounded like it was about to explode and the water pressure in the shower was just over a trickle. Again, we love the location and that it's pet friendly. It wasn't the absolute cleanest, but I've stayed in worse, so I'm not complaining at all about it. The bar stools are too tall to be able to sit at the bar. We liked the check in and out process. Didn't interact with any staff so I really cannot comment on them, but I'm sure they are great.
This is a cute beach condo right on the beach. There are no obstructions to the view of the water and gorgeous sunrises. We had a short trip but it was absolutely perfect. I would recommend this property for a small family or couple looking for a relaxed beach front vacation rental. The beach is literally downstairs!
First half of the week, I was in town for convention/continuing education. Family came in the last fall of the week for vacation. Overall a great experience.
Beautiful oceanfront property. The sunrises are breathtaking. Lots of people staying there but hardly saw or heard anyone else. Parking could be an issue if it was completely full.
Not really walkable to anything but a short drive to almost everything you would want to see or do on Amelia Island.
Condo had pretty much everything we needed for cooking/ washing clothes.
We brought our dogs which worked out great as they are very welcome most places on island. We had to take dogs across street to find a good " necessaries" area as there isn't much grass on site.
Great restaurants and shopping in downtown Amelia Island. I especially recommend The Salty Pelican for dinner/drinks/view and Nana Teresa's Bakeshop for dessert. We also enjoyed doing the Amelia River Cruise to Cumberland Island. Saw the feral horses and several dolphins. Well worth the money.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Not as Expected
Storm door in disrepair, window screens torn and very dirty, windows so dirty we had to clean them to see out. Fixtures in bathroom in disrepair. Seemed as if the shower was going to fall apart every time we used it. Rusty fixtures, no space for groceries In kitchen. Outdoor furniture in disrepair, Rusty and dirty. Place seems out of code. Other neighbors claimed to have same an worse issues.
Absolutely loved the condo and all about it. Small and only three floors so that was a bonus. Loved the den area, comfy and we could see the ocean even from the first floor. One thing that was not the best was since an older building, the upstairs guests could be heard running and jumping on the floor above. The parking is a problem if too many cars and we had to park our car behind someone and leave a not to have us move if necessary. Not ideal at all but we met some other tenants and it all worked out. We WILL be back and the beach itself is so private and beautiful. Thank you!
Great location. Convenient to restaurants, shopping/grocery, historic district.
Property Management was extremely easy to work with. Property was clean, loved the extra large patio, both bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen offered all the amenities needed. Would recommend and stay there again. Only downside, the parking can be difficult.
Couldn’t beat the closeness to the beach. Close to town for a bike or 2 mi walk. Place needs some easy updating; bed linens were stained, front door didn’t close all the way, windows were filthy and screens gross. BUT, balcony size was awesome(again, could easily upgrade furniture) and the beach was fab. Not busy considering Spring Break. Can definitely hear the people above walking.
Loved the beach front location and proximity to historic downtown. Perfect size for a couple. Great access to the beach and wonderful large porch.
Great stay and looking forward to future years.
The unit was updated nicely, with comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen (just needs a can opener) and an oceanfront balcony that’s hard to beat. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Very relaxing
The complex did not have enough parking and no handicap parking spots. This made it extremely difficult for my dad who is 90 years old and handicap. The condo Unit was very nice and had all amenities, however there was a large black pole on the beach blocking the view.
