Our beach stay was perfect! I am very picky about things being updated and clean, and this condo was both. It was so pretty, and it had a great beach view. I would 100% stay there again.
Super clean home with lovely view of the ocean. Watched the sunrise every morning. Owners very responsive. Informed them that beach umbrella was broken and they brought a new one over the next morning. If we ever come back this way, we would definitely stay here. Great location on the island. Grounds very well kept.

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay in our condo. We would love to have you back any time!
The condo is well furnished, comfortable and is located well within the complex. The walk to the beach is reasonable and easy to manage. The water in this complex has a high mineral content and is hard on the digestive system. We bought bottled water to cook with and use in the coffee maker, etc., which was fine. Our biggest complaint is that the pools are not heated and that should be stated in the description about the complex. Amelia Island is a lovely island and we enjoyed our stay.

Hi Annmarie. Sorry about the miscommunication regarding the pool. There are a few heated pools in the area that guests can use for a small drop-in fee. We are glad you enjoyed your stay on the island. Come again soon!
Nice place overall. Clean. Supplied as stated. Convenient to beach and Ritz. Communication was excellent and they even helped with dinner recommendations. Didn't smell the freshest and the towels were old and musty. Everything worked well. I would return.

Hi Thomas. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the towels. It's possible they were not fully dried. Had you let us know, we would have gladly provided you with fresh towels. We’re pleased to hear, however, that you otherwise enjoyed your stay.
We enjoyed our stay - the furnishings were nice, the linens and towels were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved being able to see the ocean and enjoy the sunrise. Would enjoy staying here again! The hosts were so kind and helpful.

Great location with view of pool and ocean. Property management was responsive to a problem with lights. Patio door was a bit of a challenge to open. Overall a great week.

Merrilee, we are so glad you had a great stay. Patio doors right on the ocean that get hit with sea air, sand, and rain can get a little sticky. Sorry about that!
Very good rental and vacation experience. Excellent location. I would rent this unit again on my next trip to Amelia Island.
