Everything was great. Close to downtown and a perfect place for the wedding we went to at the Heitman House.

Disappointed that the hot tub was not heated and the pool was dirty. Did not look sparkong clean like the pictures. Everything else was wonderful. Location, cleanliness etc.

As mentioned prior to check-in, the hot tub was unfortunately out of service due to building maintenance, which is managed by the building and outside of our control. We always try to communicate any amenity updates to guests ahead of time so there are no surprises. We appreciate you staying with us and are happy you had a wonderful visit otherwise. Stayed 2 nights, each night we had to evacuate the building carrying our 2 month old grandson down 23 flights of stairs. 2nd night it happend again at 2am. We packed up and left at 2:30am and went back home. In good conscience, I cannot recommend this complex.

Thank you for your feedback. Iā€™m truly sorry for your experience, especially having to evacuate twice with your 2-month-old grandson that must have been incredibly stressful. Unfortunately, building-wide fire alarms and emergency procedures are completely outside of our control, but I absolutely understand how disruptive and concerning that must have been for your stay. I appreciate you sharing this, and Iā€™m very sorry again for the inconvenience you experienced!
