This very private, quiet, one bedroom apartment with queen bed, and pull out couch/double bed in Living room, spaciously accommodates 4 people. Bistro Table with 4 chairs for dining and a desk/workstation. It's in a well lite basement of a private house on a wonderful, safe street with Wi-Fi and Netflix, & fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for Business Exec's, vacationing couples, or families. A pleasant 5 min. walk to Danforth Ave., Grocery, shopping & restaurants. It is a quick 7 min. walk to a TTC ( public transit) Station for quick travel through the city & to downtown Toronto & Tourist attractions.

Newly renovated, this tastefully decorated suite has hotel grade linens, towels, pillows and seating for 4 to dine. It has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel fridge, microwave, professional induction burners, an air fryer, indoor grill & coffeemaker. The suite also comes with Wi-Fi, a TV with Netflix; an iron; hair blower & a rain head shower in the bathroom. Perfect for Business Executives, vacationing couples, or families.

The side door has lock box and code which will be given to you once reservation is made. For your convenience you can check yourself in anytime after 4:30.

Karen was a great host- very hospitable and easy to get along with. The neighbourhood was safe and quiet. Walking distance to a lot of great shops and restaurants.

Renovation Stay

We stayed at Karen's place for our three-month home renovations. She was a very kind and efficient host. The apartment is very comfortable and convenient: quiet neighbourhood, close to the Main Station subway, grocery stores, laundry facilities, restaurants, community rec centre, playground.
