Wonderful Apartment in the Theatre District!

Second stay here. I cannot stress to you how great this place is and how convenient it is to everywhere. Owner is great. Right on the subway and bus routes. Parking.

Great Downtown Condo

We recently stayed in this wonderful condo for three nights. It is close to great restaurants, the Eaton Centre, Hockey Hall of Fame and within walking distance of Rogers Centre. Check in was easy, parking is included with the condo. The condo has everything you need for your stay. The washer and dryer was really nice to have. This condo would be great for short or long stays.

Great place in downtown.

This is a great place to stay in downtown. The place was neat and tidy with all essentials for a good two week stay. Roman is a great host. He responded to queries and asks in no time. I would definitely recommend to this to anyone wanting to stay in downtown.

Great place to stay, convenient downtown location and ideal for long stays

Eugenia and Roman place was great for us. We were looking for a place to get familiarized with Toronto in our first month coming to the city and this was the ideal place that. The communication was done smoothly through VRBO for any clarification. Check in/out process is very well explained and with no issues. The location was great, close to everything you need: banks, shopping centers, groceries, service ontario, hospitals, subway and street cars. Also bunch of bike sharing options close by. It's a hectic and busy area as you're really close to Dundas square where you see all type of people but you're close to everything. The Condo was clean and very well maintained, you get the feeling you're staying in a local's place, very cozy, with good speed internet, cable and smart tv also provided. Kitchen has all you need to cook at home. It is also quiet enough in spite of downtown noise, and a good view to city south east side, you can see part of the lake. You will also see hospital helicopter going in and out the hospital once in a while; it doesn't have major sound impact in the Condo and honestly we really enjoyed those pilot's skills. They also have parking spot underground which we used during the weekends to get to know some areas outside of GTA. In general very good place, highly recommended; we will definitely consider it for the future. Thanks again!

Well Recommended Place to Stay for travellers and New comers

I have stayed here from February to April of 2020.The place is located in a very convenient location, just beside Eaton Center, St Michael Hospital, St Michael Cathedral and just 2 minutes walk to Queen Subway Station. For a new comer in Canada, this property could be on your top list when checking for a temporary place to stay and understand Toronto area. Eugenia and Roman equipped the unit with mostly everything you would need, from toiletries, linens, detergents, kitchen wares and even a nice set of spices for your dish. Staying here feels like staying in a nice hotel... the only difference is, you are paying half the price of a regular hotel room in downtown Toronto. What more can you ask for? You can have a nice view of the city and Lake Ontario, also, a helicopter landing at St Michael Hospital's Helipad is something you could expect to see. Roman and Eugenia are super hosts and responds quickly. Check in and out is hassle free. I will surely recommend this place and would love to be back. I am sure you would love your stay too.

Great find!

The apartment has all the amenities one could want including a variety of condiments left by other visitors. The location is convenient and within easy access by the subway. There are lots of interesting restaurants within easy walking distance. The Jazz place a couple of blocks away offered great entertainment.

Great location, clean property and dog friendly.

The condo is clean and very well stocked up with everything you need from spices, oil, utensils, plates, wine glasses, pots and pans, plates, Brita Filter water jug, ice packs in freezer you can borrow for picnics, condiments in the fridge (disclosure: not really sure how long they have been there though-we didn’t use any), coffee machine, kettle, stove, towels, washer&dryer, detergent etc. All you need is to bring yourselves. If you bring your pet, do bring your own pet cleaning supplies-those they do not provide or any pet-related items; although they are pet friendly. We brought ours. There was also a sofa bed. The view: we could see the hospital helipad and saw the helicopter flew in and out once. It was nice. You could also see Eaton Centre from there. You could see the Lake Ontario partially from afar. We really enjoyed our stay there. It was hassle-free. Especially loved loved that it is pet-friendly. My Aquilo Pillow enjoyed his stay too. Thank you!

Very nice stay, accommodations as described.

This place was great for our trip with two kids, who loved the view of the hospital helicopter pad. The city noise was no issue for our sleeping quality, which was great. Our five-year old slept on the pull out couch with an added piece of foam--he had no complaints. We had to move some glass items to safety in the closet during our stay and brought our own crib and seat for the littler one, but that was no problem! Very conveniently located in Toronto, free parking, and secure building. So nice to be able to clean dishes and clothing during our trip, plus eat in breakfast and a couple other meals. Note - you must follow all steps (don't skip any, even if you are able to get to the second floor) to enter the building the first time.

Perfect location

Perfect location for walking to nearby mall, restaurants and sites. About a mile from ferry terminal where you can rent bikes nearby and ride along the harbor on on the island. Distillery District less than a 2 mi ride from harbor. Parking was an added bonus. Apartment was clean and included everything you needed. Easy check in/out. Would stay here again.

Great Long-term Destination

I stayed at this property for a week in May. The location was perfect. Close to Dundas Square and all transit options. The condo is well stocked and very comfortable. Beautiful views looking south all the way to the lake. The owner was available for any questions and made for an enjoyable vacation in Toronto. Highly recommended.
