Guests have access to the entire home.

There is a separate guest house located to the left/back side of the main property. It has its own private entrance, accessible via the left side of the driveway, and does not share any common areas with the main house. The guest house does not have access to the front yard, backyard, pool, or spa, does not park in the driveway, and does not share any spaces with the main residence.

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

HOUSE RULES
>Must be 25 years old to book
>No parties
>No events
>No smoking inside
>Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices/music) - per city ordinance
>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation

PETS
>$25/night per pet
>2 pets max
>Must be accompanied at all times, picked up after, and not allowed on furniture

POOL HEATING
>$125/day, full stay required
>Heated to 88 degrees

DEPOSIT
>We may ask for a $250 deposit hold, or $500 for holidays

CAMERAS
>Facing front yard

LEFT BEHIND ITEMS
>$20 service charge added to shipping cost

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
