High speed fibre optic internet & TV box with international TV channels!

Bright and lovely living room with airco/heating and ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Additional fan available and extra gas heater in the winter. Small terrace at the back of the apartment with a table, chairs, and laundry lines.

Possibility to use the pool at Hotel Fontana 50 metres up the street from half May to half October for a fee.

Fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave oven, airco/heating, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, TV, bed linen, towels, etc. Everything you need for a comfortable holiday.

Legally registered tourist apartment with license no. VT-458276-A.

Long term rent (a month or more) on request.

Welcome pack with basic groceries as desired can be arranged. A shopping fee of 15, - euro and the price of the goods is paid upon check-in (with supermarket receipt).

Clean, tidy and well equipped apartment in the centre of Torrevieja

This first floor apartment in Torrevieja is clean, tidy and very well equipped. It is close to all bars and restaurants and we would definitely return. The owners were very pleasant and helpful.

I am Dutch and my wife is Danish and you can communicate with us in Dutch, Scandinavian, English and Spanish. We also speak German, but writing is more difficult. We look forward to seeing you!
