The spacious primary suite features a comfortable king bed plus a separate twin bed.

We know pets are part of the family, and we want traveling with them to be easier.

Our home is thoughtfully equipped with many of the pet essentials you'd otherwise have to pack, giving you more room in the car and one less thing to worry about.


PET FEE — $25 PER NIGHT
The pet fee is $25 per night total—not per pet—with a maximum of 2 pets.

The same $25 nightly pet fee applies to approved cats.

The fee helps cover the additional cleaning and preparation associated with maintaining a clean and comfortable pet-friendly vacation home for every guest, along with the pet amenities we provide during your stay.

DOG POLICY
We welcome up to 2 dogs per reservation.

All dogs must be declared and added to the reservation when booking so the pet fee is properly included with your stay.

TRAVELING WITH A CAT?
Cats are welcome with prior approval and are subject to the same $25-per-night pet fee. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a cat so we can confirm approval before your arrival.

UNDECLARED PETS
All pets staying at the property must be declared and approved as required. If an undeclared pet is discovered during or after the stay, the applicable $25-per-night pet fee will be added to the rental charges.

Guests remain responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for pet-related damage or cleaning required beyond normal pet-related turnover.


CLEANING & EXCESSIVE CLEANING
Your standard cleaning fee covers the normal cleaning and preparation required between guest stays. We understand you're on vacation, and normal use of the home is expected.

However, conditions requiring cleaning substantially beyond a normal turnover—including excessive trash, excessive filth, stains, or significant pet-related messes—may result in an additional cleaning fee.

When an additional cleaning charge is necessary, the condition may be documented following checkout and the additional fee will be payable within 24 hours of checkout.

We simply ask that guests treat the home with reasonable care so we can continue providing a clean and welcoming vacation home for everyone.


✓EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT
Travel plans don't always line up perfectly with standard arrival and departure times, so we're happy to provide additional flexibility whenever our schedule allows.

Early check-in and late checkout may be approved when available.

Availability depends on surrounding reservations and the time our housekeeping team needs to properly clean and prepare the home.
