We had an excellent stay at Smoky Mountain Vacation Cabin during spring break! The cabin and property were large, spacious, clean, and well kept. It was in a central location with easy access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge attractions. Everything was as advertised, and the host was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. For example, when we were having an issue with the TV in the pool room the host had a new TV delivered and installed that day. Truly top notch. I'd recommend this property for anyone looking for a mountain escape with family and friends.

We rented the facility for a work retreat, and it was perfect! The facilities were well kept, immaculate, the outside areas were perfect for our activities, and of course, the pool and jacuzzi were a bonus! The kitchen was well equiped with everything we could possibly need!Tim, the owner, was a pleasure to communicate with! He responded quickly to my many questions and was extremely helpful in so many ways. He was friendly and professional, and I could tell he really cared about his guests. Our group is already planning next year's retreat, and we definitely want to stay in the same place as well as extend our stay for an additional day!Dominique, the Operations Manager, was extremely helpful as well. We are still in the process of waiting on receipts/adjustments needed, but I feel very confident that there will be no issues. I would not hesitate to recommend the facility to anyone. It was perfect in every way. Thank you so much! We have found a new hidden gem in the Smokies!
