The Carriage House is a cute and comfortable home-away-from-home that is convenient to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and Wilmington’s events facilities. First-floor apartment has a full kitchen with microwave, range, full-size refrigerator, and the necessities for cooking. There is a comfortable queen-size bed in one bedroom and a full-size bed in the other bedroom. Each bedroom has a smart T and DVD player.
The apartment has high-speed, fiber-optic WiFi.
Relax in the open living room or on the covered porch. Off-street parking available.
There is a washer and dryer in the apartment.

Super Clean & Convenient to WEC Property
This is a great place to stay if you’re in the area for a horse show. Very clean and quiet and in a cute little spot down. Well-stocked with everything you need for an extended stay and very roomy. Everything is updated and fresh feeling.

Super cleanSuper stocked with kitchen suppliesand soaps and laundry soaps, etc.Super convenient to WEC, Kroger and downtown.The host was super attentive to a question and came right over to address it.I hope to stay here anytime I come for horse shows.Thank you for a wonderful time.I highly recommend this house.

Our favorite place!
Our second of many future stays, I hope! I almost hate letting this little secret out because I know in the future many will fight over staying at this super clean, well stocked with everything you could need and quiet cottage while we are at WEC. Thank you Eileen for your wonderful hospitality and delicious cinnamon bread.

Convenient and perfect WEC rental
Close to WEC and perfect as a home base while showing. House is clean and has all the amenities you need, including a fully stocked kitchen. Host is quick to communicate. Will def be back for the next time we show her.

Charming Carriage house centrally located!
What a charming place to stay! Well appointed with everything we needed. It was absolutely perfect in everyway. Our Host, was lovely and ever so helpful. Thank you Eileen!!! So grateful for being able to stay here!

Perfect
The location was perfect! There is some street noise but it was moderate. The home was clean and orderly. Check in and out was seamless. This is a perfect little spot 13mins from the Roberts Center.
