Lovely, Beautiful And Central - México/Del Valle

The apartment is located in a quiet building with only two floors and 16 apartments.
Suitable for up to 5 guests, it has 2 bedrooms: one large bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, large closet, drawer furniture, and USB connections; the other bedroom has 2 single beds and a small closet. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
Both bedrooms have blackout blinds.
It has 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances (microwave, coffee maker, blender, electric oven, gas oven, and toaster). Living room, dining area, internet, and cable TV are included.
There is a service room on the rooftop with a washing machine and dryer.

Cleaning service is available upon request for an additional fee of $700 pesos per day.


For stays longer than 6 nights, cleaning service must be paid for at least once per week. This is mandatory.


If your stay is longer than 2 days, please take the trash out of the apartment.

Review of our 5 night stay

I would consider this property if: it fits your budget for a short stay (1-3 nights) you need to be close to this location you are ok with climbing 3 floors. Pros The apt had all the basic amenities. The self check-in/out process was clearly described and easy to follow. The neighborhood is safe and the building seemed secure. Communication with the owner/manager was seamless. The cleaning lady (Olga) was pleasant and showed the apt well. Cons Located very close to a busy intersection and street traffic reasonably loud. Have to climb to the 3rd floor to get to the apt; this might be an issue for some ( especially with luggage). Everything inside is smaller than in the pictures (although this is generally the case and not particular to this listing). The bathroom sinks were hilariously small relative to US standards. The provided bed sheets and bath towels need a desperate upgrade (we had to buy our own towels).

The owner didn’t mentioned it was on the second floor or no elevators in the building and when we got in to the building it was very stinky then when we get in to the apartment he show us notes on every windows that he have to water the plants around the property; I was shocked and very disappointed and the bathroom of the second bedroom is extremely small and very uncomfortable

Bright and comfortable apartment

What a lovely stay. The apartment is very clean and full of light. As a plant lover, I appreciated all of the plants. I was in Mexico City primarily to visit friends, so I selected the apartment because of its proximity to people with whom I would be visiting, but it’s very well-connected to other parts of the city and convenient to many sights. Check in and check out were very easy; I was well-informed about the apt and the area. The apt would be great for a couple or small family, too.
