Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave neighborhood gate open and garage opener in the house. Do not touch swimming pool/spa heater. Allow lawn service and pool service on property. Do not use firepit under covered patio.
Use hose to fill fountains if low.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
