Western Exposure on cul-de-sac with spill over spa pool & boat dock. SUNSETS!

This home is new to us and so is everything in it. From the silverware to the furniture, everything is brand new in 2023! Even the paint! Ian tossed us for a spin but we are cleaned up and have had several renters staying post Ian. We even have a brand new Pool cage installed with picture screens allowing for amazing sunset views!! The pool was just resurfaced and new tile installed as well post Ian. Enjoy amazing sunsets from the heated pool (FREE June through September. Otherwise, $25 extra per day) or pool deck of this 4 bed, 3 bath Home located on a cul-de-sac in highly desired South West Cape Coral, FL. Fish from the private dock, Kayak or paddle board from your back yard! Everything you need or want to enjoy the outdoors and surrounding water we have thought of and supplied with this rental.

We also have Fiber internet should you need to get any work done while on vacation, we have you covered there too! Master bedroom has king size bed and full bath with plenty of space! The unique design of the Master allows guests to close off the bedroom and leave the bathroom and closet area open for others to use or double doors will close it all off allowing for a huge master suite. Guest room 1 has a King bed. Guest room 2 has a Queen bed with its own 1/4 bath (shared with pool) making it a secondary suite. The final bedroom has two twin bunk beds. There is also a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a queen blow up mattress just in case. The 3rd bathroom has a walk-in shower and open to living areas. Kitchen includes new Stainless Steel Appliances and granite counter tops.

This Cape Coral, FL home is fully stocked and ready for you to kick up your feet and enjoy the sunsets from the pool or living room. If you will be here for an extended period, enjoy day trips to Orlando, Tampa Bay and Miami all within about a three hour drive. Or catch the ferry to the Florida Keys daily out of Ft. Myers Beach.

Very nice property in a beautiful location. We really enjoyed our time here.A few suggestions: Beds have pretty soft mattresses so some of us had back pain in the morning. Outside furniture is not best quality and needs TLC. Safety issues with one kayak, which had a crack we didn’t notice that caused one of us to capsize at the end of the canal, please change/repair/ remove it for future guests. Hot tub was hot however it took a long time as in a few days for the pool to get to 80 degrees. There is a burrowing owl nest right next to the house , which was a nice surprise. There were nice condiments in the kitchen where everything was functional. Thank you for having us!

We stayed at this house for my husband’s baseball tournament, and I turned it into a little work vacation — it was perfect! The house was amazing, beautifully kept, and had everything we needed for both work and play. The views were absolutely stunning, and the hot tub and pool were such a treat after long days at the ballpark.It was peaceful, relaxing, and made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway spot!

Amazing house

This house was absolutely perfect for my family. My adult children, their spouses and my 2 teenage boys stayed very comfortably. With the pool, hot tub and dock for fishing there was never a dull moment. Fort Myers was very close and Sanibel and Captiva Island were not far either. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. We will definitely be back.

Well Maintained. Well Stocked. Well Entertained.

This home was well maintained and very clean. We are a family of 10 with ages ranging from 18 years to 3 years. There was something for everyone.The boys lived on the dock, fishing their hearts out when we weren't at the beach. The older girls were content soaking in the sun on the loungers next to the pool.Our 3 year old couldn't wait to come back to "the castle" after a busy day in the sun and go swimming in the pool.The home was stocked with towels, games, towels, sand toys, kayaks and paddleboards, beach chairs, and extra life jackets.Lots of kid friendly dishes, an outdoor shower near the pool, and a bathroom right off the pool area made this place an extremely kid-friendly haven.The master bathroom is large with a soaking tub that we didn't have a chance to try out, two sinks, and plenty of space for our large family.All appliances worked as they should.Owners were very accommodating when asked if we could check-in early and add a night at the end of our stay.Beds were comfortable. We were especially pleased with the box fans available for each bedroom. As stated in the description, the outdoor seating and pool is perfect for experiencing the sunset. If you are expecting to enjoy early mornings outside on the pool deck, this place isn't for you. However, take your coffee down to the dock and enjoy the morning sun, birds and the view of the canal. As far as location - the neighborhood was quiet and meticulously taken care of.

Great location and property

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The owner was very responsive and helpful addressing our questions. The home was clean and tidy. It was a short drive to the supermarket, ice cream places, coffee shops, pizza etc. The beaches were also an easy drive in. The home is equipped with everything your family would need to feel at home away from home. There are kayaks, fishing poles, beach chairs, toys, corn hole as well a many other extra perks. My kids loved fishing off the dock, and unwinding in the pool. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to visit the Fort Meyers/Sanibel area outside of staying in the tourist area.

Great family stay

House was great, love the open concept to the pool during the day with great hot tub. Lots of room for large group with nice driveway to fit 4 cars without using the garage. Very well stocked with towels and kitchen needs. The only thing I would say it needs is an additional trash can for a larger groups, other than that 5 stars for sure. Thanks, The Prices

We had a family of 10 staying and it was a great property for all of us to enjoy time together with the pool, kayaks and games. It’s close to town and also private and quiet neighborhood. Great place!

Great Family Getaway

Great snowbird getaway for 4 weeks from 2/18-3/18. The house was well stocked with all of the needed supplies and then some! The VRBO pictures were spot on and the house was immaculate. We had 3 generations stay for 10 days with us and the pool and hot tub were the big hits when we were home. The kitchen/garage/pool supplies were top notch. Communication with the host was incredible as they were very responsive. Many accessories and home"tools/needed supplies" were provided- unlike I have ever seen before in the 7 years we have done VRBO's. Great neighborhood- very quiet and great for walking. Visits to Sanibel, Siesta Key and Wootens Airboats were phenomenal. We would definitely stay here again.

Cape Coral Vacation

Our family had a great stay at this beautiful home! The house was very spacious allowing our family of five to sleep and relax comfortably. The pool and spa were exceptionally great- our kids definitely enjoyed swimming each day of our visit. The house was equipped with all you would need while on vacation! Hosts also responded in a timely manner prior and during our visit. Overall- it was a great stay!

Loved this property. Clean, well stocked house. Very roomy, beautiful outside area with heated pool and hot tub. Beds were very comfortable. Laundry room, dishwasher and outside grill all worked great. Would recommend!

What a Gem!

We stayed here for a week in December for my son's graduation from FGCU. It was perfect! The home is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. My mother-in-law was especially impressed with the decor. My own parents have never been "Florida people" but they are already talking about renting this home again! We were able to accommodate our large group comfortably. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, relaxing in the hot tub, the quiet neighborhood and stunning sunsets while sitting on the dock. You could actually lay in bed in the master bedroom and enjoy the sunsets! All the doors to the pool area slide open which gave a lovely breeze and extra spacious feel. From the beginning the owners were quick to communicate. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would happily stay again!

Great property, if no communication with owners needed

The property is amazing. It is a beautiful, spacious house, amazing location and all the additional items provided are top class. We did not miss anything. The one star that was deducted is for bad communication: - We find out that the pool heater we paid for was broken after we did troubleshooting for a day. We finally reached out on Sunday ourselves and were asked to reach out to the other owner. They knew it was broken since Thursday and did not say anything. - Pointing out that this was bad communication and not even receiving an apology. - Me asking them to proactively communicate on the exchange of the heater and offering to support and then learning about it being fixed a day after it had already happened also understanding that somebody entered the property without prior notice. - Finding out in the agreement, which was sent late, that pool heating could have only been purchased for some of the stay, after having asked about that and it was said that it would not be possible and therefore purchasing it for the entire stay. - Refunding 2 days worth of pool heating (it was still cold in the main pool on Tuesday (day 4), due to late communication we had planned to be away all Wednesday, so actively being able to use the pool Wendesday evening, Thursday, and Friday morning (1.5 days). - Multiple attempts of trying to get some understanding of the issue were not fruitful.

We absolutely love the Gulf side of Florida. Can't beat the warm ocean water! We chose this house because it was on a canal and has a private pool with spill over spa. Whether you're looking to lay along side the pool or go out and be active everyday, there is something for everyone.
