This beautiful home was perfect for our extended family of 11. The kitchen was very well equipped with quality appliances, both large and small. We had plenty of supplies to last all of us for the week. The beds were comfortable, linens were very nice. The host gave us excellent information about activities in the area.

This home was beautiful, clean and has very responsive hosts. The view from the deck-spectacular! Close to Grand Lake and Winter Park which we enjoyed. The blue bird bistro at the lodge was delicious.

Perfect!

Great house with great views with a great location. Close to trout fishing, riding the Colorado river. Two golf courses. Horseback riding, UTV rides and driving the Rocky Mountain National Park. The listing on the house speaks for itself!

Wonderful family friendly place with everything you need

This was a fantastic place for our large family in town to celebrate a wedding at Grandby Ranch. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was wonderful. Upstairs deck was terrific for morning coffee and watching the wildlife. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for 2 families (4 adults, 6 kids). We only had a 1 minute drive to ski at Granby Ranch. We had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

House is amazing and everything thing we needed having 3 families with kids staying here. Extra amenities and condiments available as well as games for adults and kids in the entertainment centers. 100% recommend and intend to book again for future granby visits.

Amazing family vacation

We are a family of 10 and this house offered us fantastic views. It was minutes from the grocery store, snow sports and restaurants. It was big enough to allow adults to hang out up stairs and kids in the basement. Lots of space and very well set up. We had a blast!! We will definitely book again.

Family Fun!

This was the perfect home for us. Fabulous beds, baths, and incredible location! We will return to this beautiful home! We spent lots of time on the deck, in hot tub, and enjoying the views. The kitchen has anything you need to cook a complete meal. We’ve stayed in many homes, but this one tops every one of those home. We can’t wait to return! Thank you!

Amazing!!!!!!

This house was PERFECT!!!!! The hosts are so thoughtful in all of the small ways that just make your stay over the top. AND there are so many hummingbirds that will just feed from the feeder on the back porch while you sit there with your coffee! So entertaining! Located just far enough away from a town to be secluded but close to some great sights!

Granby, Rocky Mountain Trip

Overall we had a terrific stay. The house was spacious and had a well stocked kitchen with supplies to do our own cooking. The views from the patio and deck were amazing of the mountains. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The bedsheets in one room were not clean, and there is one bath towel per guest; and the laundry detergent was empty. Fortunately I brought some so we were able to wash the sheets and towels.

Beautiful

The home we stayed in was the perfect fit for six adults and six kids (5-12 years old). Each couple had their own room with a king-size bed, TV, and bathroom while the kids were excited to share the bunk beds. We were able to find everything we needed and felt comfortable the moment we walked into the property because it is clean, organized, and well-kept. You’ll have a difficult time finding a place with better views to wake up with in the morning and admire as you unwind in the evenings before bed. Both of my kids were sad when it came time to head home because they had so much fun. Should we plan another trip to RMNP again, I think all of us would be more than willing to book this beatiful home again.

Awesome House Close to Everything

What a beautiful house. Just stayed a long weekend at this awesome house. Excellent layout for multiple families with kids. Three separate master suites with private bath. Great bunk room for the kiddos and separate bath. Also has a loft with a queen bed for extra family and friends. Open layout great for everyone to hang out. House is very well appointed especially the kitchen. Had plenty of the things many houses don’t have like nice towels, kitchen utensils/ cookware, extra bedding, snow clearing tools, etc. House was also very clean. Communication with the owner Erika was awesome. Great neighborhood with everything a vacationer could want. Steps from Granby for skiing. A must place to stay when in town to enjoy the local area.

Perfect Family Christmas Vacation!

What a wonderful family vacation with my grown children and their families! This was our first time to take a vacation over Christmas (including Christmas Day). We had 14 people in our group, 10 adults and four children. Age ranges of the kids were 1-12. The house was very clean and had the perfect layout for our group to either spend time together in the common area or retreat to another section of the house. There was even a well-placed Christmas tree in the living room so we were ready for Santa. :) The amenities for the baby, having the crib in the master bedroom and the high chair worked out perfectly. Our little one discovered “the stairs” while we were there, and we were wishing we had a baby gate, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. We also took advantage of the hot tub and the fire pit. The kids loved the sleds in the garage and had a big time on a nearby hill. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you would need to cook with!! After reading the reviews of others, we did bring extra trash bags. With a group our size, I would recommend bringing some extra general cleaning products to wipe down counters and stove after cooking. In the event you needed something, though, the grocery store was only about five mins away. The proximity of the house to the ski base was very close and a short drive to other winter attractions that we took advantage of.

Great family get away.

My three kids and seven grandchildren ages 12-16 spent a week and greatly enjoyed our stay and the area. We visited Granby, Rocky Mt Natl Park, Winter Park, Estes Park and Vale. We found plenty to do and see.
