Important Information
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests
• Third floor unit with elevator access
• Ring doorbell camera located at the front door for security purposes
• No other cameras are located inside or outside the condo
• Enter your door code from the Guest Portal and press the center lock/unlock button
• To lock the door when leaving, press the lock button
• No parties or large gatherings
• No smoking of any kind, including marijuana
• Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM
• Absolutely no glitter. A $500 fee will apply
• $100 fee for lost pool key card
• No motorcycle parking allowed
• No age restriction for booking

Community Amenities
• Pool key card is located in the welcome basket
• Pool is a short walk away
• Walk past the building and take a left at the road in front of World Tour Golf to access the pool
** Please return pool key card to avoid fees

Family-Friendly Extras
• Cribs, highchairs, pack-n-plays, and booster seats may be available upon request
• Please request at booking or at least 3 days before arrival
• Subject to availability

Safety
• Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, flashlight, and scissors provided

Checkout
• All dishes should be washed or loaded into the dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher before departure.
• Put all used towels in a pile. No need to wash.
• Remove all food from the refrigerator.
• Unopened food may be left for future guests if desired.
• Wipe sand from beach gear and shake out towels before returning them.
• Remove all garbage from the condo.
• Double-check that the door is closed and locked before departing.
• Guests who remain in the property past the 10:00am checkout time without preapproval for late checkout will incur a fine of $50 per every 30 minutes
